This device mainly connects to your phone through Wireless for adaptation and use, providing various practical functions and services to facilitate your operation of the phone, and has developed many functions for human sports. Our company reserves the right to modify the content of this manual without prior notice.

FCC Statement

2. Definition of Touch Control

• Swipe up: Enter message push, view when message arrives
• Slide down: Enter the dropdown menu to perform functional operations on the system
• Left swipe: Enter the widget to add functional applications
• Right swipe: Enter split screen to perform functional operations on the system

3. Charge

1. When charging, in order to ensure stable charging, the watch will turn off the screen for charging. Clicking the button can wake up the watch. When the charging icon disappears, wait for 1 minute and the charging icon will automatically display again.
2. Please use the built-in standard charger for charging.

4. Download the APP

1. Download the app from the mobile app market and search for "RDFit" to download it

5. Connect APP

1. Wireless 5.0 connection method: After installation, open "RDFit" and turn on your phone's Wireless. Go to the RDFit homepage and select "Scan Device" or scan in the upper right corner to connect to the watch.
2. Wireless 3.0 connection method: Turn on your phone's Wireless, click on the Wireless name of the watch you want to connect to - follow the prompts to connect the Wireless device, and the phone will display "Connected".

Attention: To prevent high power consumption during connection and use, it is recommended to turn off the media and audio switch inside Wireless.

3. How to verify a successful Wireless connection

When the Wireless of the watch 3.0 and 5.0 is blue+green in the drop-down status bar, it indicates a successful Wireless connection. When the Wireless flag color is gray, it indicates that the Wireless is not connected.

4. Common problems and simple solutions

Due to the lack of uniformity in Wireless protocols among different mobile phone brands, there may be unstable Wireless connections between the phone and the watch. You can turn off the phone's Wireless and reconnect it again, or restore the watch to factory settings.

5. How to set up email notifications

Go to Settings - Application Management on your phone, find "RDFit" - Permission Management, and open all settings. Go back to Notification Management - Find 'RDFit' and open all permissions.

6. What should I do if I don't receive notifications?

Firstly, the notification function of the watch only synchronizes with the notification function of the mobile phone, such as incoming calls and message reminders. If your mobile phone does not receive notifications, the watch end will also not receive them. You need to go to the mobile phone settings - Notification function, find the corresponding APP, and turn on the permission notification.

6. Unbind APP

1. Android: Find "Unbind Device" in the "Device" interface of the APP, click on "Unbind Device", and then click "OK" to disconnect from the phone
2. IOS: In the "Devices" interface of the APP, find "Unbind Device" and click on "Unbind Device". After unbinding, enter the "Settings" - "Wireless" interface of the mobile system. Click on the [!] icon on the right - "Ignore this device" to disconnect from the phone

7. Precautions

1. Do not place the device near heat sources or exposed sources of fire, such as induction cookers, microwaves, ovens, stoves, candles, or other places that may generate high temperatures.
2. This device is equipped with a non removable built-in battery, please do not replace the battery.
