Operating Procedures
Memorizing the First Radio Control on the Receiver
Perform this procedure at least half a meter away from the receiver.
- Press and release buttons P1 + P2 simultaneously; the LED will flash.
- Within 8 seconds:
- Put the receiver into learning mode. (For plug-in receivers with a 5-pin connector, press and hold the button on the board until memorization is complete; the LED will flash. Refer to specific instructions for other models.)
- Press and release the button to be memorized. Check for successful memorization on the receiver. (For plug-in receivers with a 5-pin connector, the LED will light up steadily for a couple of seconds. Refer to specific instructions for other models.)
- Take the receiver out of learning mode. (For plug-in receivers with a 5-pin connector, release the button. Refer to specific instructions for other models.)
- Press the button that was just memorized on the radio control twice in succession.
Memorizing Other Radio Controls
- On the already memorized radio control, press and release buttons P1 + P2 simultaneously; the LED will flash.
- Within 8 seconds, press and hold the already memorized button; the LED will light up steadily.
- Bring the already memorized radio control and the new one to be memorized into face-to-face contact.
- On the new radio control, press the button to be memorized and ensure its LED flashes twice before turning off.
- Release all buttons.
- Press the button that was just memorized on the new radio control twice in succession.
Randomizing Radio Codes of a Radio Control
This procedure generates new radio codes for all buttons on the radio control. After randomization, the radio control will stop working in systems where it was previously memorized.
- Press and release buttons P1 and P2 simultaneously; the LED will flash.
- Press and release buttons P1 and P2 simultaneously again; the LED will flash more quickly.
- Press and release buttons P1 - P2 in sequence, then press and release buttons P1 and P2 simultaneously; the LED will flash twice before turning off.
Converting a Radio Control into a Slave Unit
Once converted to a slave unit, a radio control can no longer memorize radio codes on the receiver or other radio controls. This conversion is permanent.
- Press and release buttons P1 and P2 simultaneously; the LED will flash.
- Press and release buttons P1 and P2 simultaneously again; the LED will flash more quickly.
- Press and release buttons P1 - P2 - P1 in sequence; the LED will flash twice before turning off.
How to Recognize a Slave Radio Control
- Non-Slave Radio Control: Pressing any button will cause the LED to flash once before turning on steadily.
- Slave Radio Control: Pressing any button will cause the LED to turn on immediately with a steady light.
