Assembly Steps

Step 1: Mount Front Wheels

The first step involves attaching the two front wheels to the designated mounting points on the main tricycle frame.

Step 2: Secure Forks

Secure the front fork assembly to the tricycle frame, ensuring a stable connection.

Step 3: Attach Front Handlebar

Attach the front handlebar to the fork assembly. Carefully align the screw holes on the handlebar with those on the fork for proper installation.

Step 4: Install Rear Axle

Insert the rear axle through the central hole of the rear wheel.

Step 5: Install Rear Wheels

Install the rear wheels onto the rear axle, securing them in place.

Step 6: Attach Rear Push Handle

Attach the parent push handle to the steering rod mechanism located at the rear of the tricycle.

Step 7: Engage Locking Mechanism

Observe the carabiner mechanism; it will pop up, enabling it to be locked in an upright position for stability.

Step 8: Connect Steering Wire

Connect the steering control wire from the handlebar to the front fork assembly.

Step 9: Attach Rear Side Mount

Attach the rear side mount component to the steering rod.

Step 10: Attach Seat

Secure the main seat component to the tricycle frame.

Step 11: Secure Seat Nut

From the underside of the seat assembly, screw the nut into place to firmly secure the seat.

Step 12: Apply Cushion Straps

Ensure the cushion straps are properly positioned and adhere to the seat for comfort and safety.

Step 13: Thread Seat Belt

Thread the safety seat belt through the designated slots or channels within the seat.

Step 14: Secure Cushion Strap

Thread a specific cushion strap through the square-shaped opening for additional support.

Step 15: Attach Guardrail

Install the safety guardrail onto the sides of the seat.

Step 16: Mount Rear Basket

Mount the rear storage basket onto the frame at the back of the tricycle.

Step 17: Hook Front Basket

Hook the front storage basket onto the front of the tricycle frame.

Step 18: Attach Cup Holder

Attach the cup holder to the rear push handle.

Step 19: Mount Canopy

Mount the sun canopy onto the seat assembly.

Step 20: Open Hood

To access the internal components or for maintenance, pull the hood forward.

Step 21: Rotate Seat

Press the red button to unlock and rotate the seat.

Step 22: Fold Handlebar

Press and hold the red button on the handlebar assembly to fold the front handlebar forward.

Step 23: Adjust Seat Angle

Use the adjustment buttons located on both sides of the seat to change the seat's angle.

Step 24: Set Seat Angle

Adjust the seat to the desired reclining or upright angle.

Step 25: Adjust Handle Height

The height of the rear push handle can be adjusted using the snap-lock mechanism.

Step 26: Lock Buckle

The buckle mechanism is designed to eject and lock securely in an upward position.

Step 27: Foot Rest

Locate the foot rest, which is integrated and positioned on the underside of the seat.

Step 28: Finished Tricycle

The ECO TOYS tricycle is now fully assembled and ready for use.
