COUPLER WON'T FIT?
Before assuming your grease gun has incompatible threads, first check to be sure that the old coupler is removed completely. The LockNLube® Grease Coupler uses a standard 1/8" NPT thread. To install, you'll first need to remove your old coupler.

On certain grease guns, it's easy to remove the front half of the old coupler, but the back half can still be attached to the grease gun hose and can be difficult to remove.
In this case, the LockNLube® Grease Coupler won't thread on because the internal threads from the old coupler are not 1/8" NPT.
To get the old coupler off, you may need to use some combination of a vice, pliers, a blow torch, a lot of elbow grease, and maybe a few of your favorite curse words.

This is only part of the old coupler

This part needs to be removed

The LockNLube® will not attach to this

There should only be one set of wrench flats when done
