Luggage Cart ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 3 Dolly handle holes and dolly base holes are now aligned. Place big bolts into holes and secure bolts in place with nuts flat end up. Hand tighten and use 13mm wrench to tighten all bolts & nuts until luggage cart is secure. STEP 1 Lay out all the hardware and components: 1 small screw, 4 big bolts, 4 nuts, two Allen wrenches, dolly base, and dolly handle. STEP 4 Adjust hanger rail to desired height utilizing the white dashes to indicate hole location. Screw in hanger rail knob until hanger rail is tightly secured. STEP 2 Line up holes on the rear of the dolly base with the holes on the bottom of the dolly handle. Find the hole on the left side of the dolly base and insert the small screw connecting the dolly handle and the dolly base. Fasten loosely, tighten after all bolts are in place.
