Safety Warnings
The products are precision-engineered and should give continued superior and safe performance, provided:
- They are installed, commissioned, operated and maintained in accordance with the recommendations given in this Manual.
- Periodic attention is given, as necessary, to maintain the product in good functional order.

Installation Instructions
Step 1: Assemble Side Panels and Base
Attach Part C (top panel) to Part N (left side panel) using screws H7*2A and H5*4 (x2). Ensure correct orientation as shown in the diagram.
Attach Part D (right side panel) to Part N (left side panel) using screws H3*12.
Attach Part F (back panel support) to Part J (front panel) using screws H3*10.
Step 2: Assemble Main Frame
Attach Part L (drawer runner support) to Part J (front panel) using screws H4*5 and H2*6.
Attach Part K (back panel support) to Part J (front panel) using screws H4*14 and H2*14.
Connect the main frame components: N, J, M, I, D, F, K. Ensure all parts are aligned correctly before securing.
Step 3: Add Supports
Attach Part G (support) to the assembled frame using screws H9*2.
Attach Part H (support) to the assembled frame using screws H4*6 and H2*6.
Step 4: Attach Top Panel
Attach Part J (front panel) to the frame using screws H7*2 and H5*4 (x2).
Secure Part C (top panel) to the top of the assembled frame using screws H2*12 and H4*12.
Step 5: Attach Hinges and Legs
Attach hinges H11*2 to Part D (right side panel).
Attach hinges H10*2 to Part C (top panel).
Attach additional hinges (H5*10 x2, H5*5 x2) to Parts C and D as indicated.
Attach Part H15*1.
Attach the legs (H12*4) to the bottom of the cabinet.
Step 6: Assemble Drawers
Assemble drawer components A, P, Q, R, S, T, O using screws H3*20, H17*3, H4*20, H2*20.
Assemble drawer components B, U, V, W, X using screws H3*16, H4*16, H2*16.
Step 7: Insert Drawers and Attach Runners
Insert the assembled drawers (A and B) into the cabinet.
Attach drawer runners/slides to the cabinet and drawers using H8*4 screws. Ensure the correct orientation for smooth operation (e.g., slides marked 'X+' and 'X-' indicate left and right sides respectively).
Step 8: Attach Doors and Adjust
Attach doors E to the cabinet using the pre-installed hinges.
Door Adjustments:
The doors can be adjusted vertically, horizontally, and in depth using the screws on the hinges. Follow the diagrams to make fine adjustments for proper alignment and closure.
- Vertical adjustment: Move the door up or down.
- Horizontal adjustment: Move the door left or right.
- Depth adjustment: Move the door closer to or further from the cabinet frame.
Step 9: Secure to Wall
Use wall anchors H13*4 to secure the cabinet to the wall for stability and safety. Follow local regulations for wall mounting.
Step 10: Install Countertop/Sink
Apply silicone sealant to the top edge of the cabinet where the countertop will rest.
Place the sink/countertop onto the cabinet.
Secure the sink/countertop using screws H14*4.
User Maintenance
To extend the life of the product, perform daily maintenance. The following methods are for reference only.
- ⚠️ Keep the cabinet away from water, which will cause deformation and damage.
- ❌ Do not put lit cigarettes on the counter or basin, which will cause discoloration.
- ❌ Do not pour acid or alkaline solutions into the basin, which will cause discoloration, leak, or damage.
- ❌ Avoid direct sunlight, which may cause deformation and discoloration.
- ❌ Avoid heat, which will cause deformation and discoloration.
- ❌ Do not pour hot water into the basin, which may cause damage.
- ❌ Avoid using nylon brushes, toilet cleaners, or hydrochloric acid cleaners, which will cause damage.
- ❌ Avoid dropping hard objects into the basin, which may cause damage.
Daily Maintenance Tips:
- Dry the cabinet immediately with a clean, soft cloth when it encounters water.
- When the product is stained with dirt, wipe the cabinets clean with a soft, damp cloth, apply appropriate cleaners, and dry immediately with another clean, soft cloth.
- The water supply pipes, drainage pipes, and connection parts are prone to water leakage. Please check these parts regularly to avoid accidents due to water leakage.
- After a period of use, dirt may accumulate on the drain plug, affecting drainage. The plug should be cleaned regularly.
