IKEA GULLIVER Cot Assembly Instructions
This document provides detailed instructions for assembling the IKEA GULLIVER cot.

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Prepare End Panels
Attach two wooden dowels (Part #101351) to each of the two end panels. Insert two dowels into the pre-drilled holes on each panel.

Step 2: Attach Side Rails to One End Panel
Connect two side rails to one of the end panels. Use screws (Part #100108) and cam lock screws (Part #10050797) with cam locks (Part #148624) to secure them. Ensure the dowels align with the corresponding holes.

Step 3: Attach Mattress Base
Place the mattress base onto the assembled end panel and side rails. Secure it using the provided screws (Part #100001) and dowels (Part #101351).

Step 4: Attach Second End Panel
Align the second end panel with the mattress base and side rails. Secure it using screws (Part #100108) and cam lock screws (Part #10050797) with cam locks (Part #148624).

Step 5: Secure Mattress Base
Insert the remaining wooden dowels (Part #147164) into the designated holes on the mattress base and secure them with the provided fasteners.

Step 6: Final Assembly
Attach the remaining side rails to the assembled structure using screws (Part #100108) and dowels (Part #101351). Ensure all connections are tight.

Step 7: Adjust Cot Height
The cot can be adjusted to two different mattress base heights. Follow the diagrams to adjust the mattress base to the desired level.

Step 8: Final Tightening
Ensure all screws and fasteners are securely tightened. The cot is now ready for use.
Important Safety Information
- Always use the correct mattress size for the cot.
- Do not place additional mattresses or bedding in the cot that could increase the risk of suffocation.
- Ensure all parts are securely fastened before use.
- Periodically check all fittings and re-tighten as necessary.
