Product Overview for Keyboard

① Charging Indicator: stays in red when charging, and turns green after fully charged (about 2 hours fully charged).

② Power Indicator: the indicator will be on for 3s when the keyboard is powered on.

③ Numeric Indicator: press "Num Lock" key to turn on/off the number lock function (not applicable for Mac).

④ Caps Lock Indicator: press "Caps Lock" key to turn on/off the caps lock function. When the indicator is on, it functions as uppercase.

⑤ Fn Lock Indicator: press the Fn Lock key to turn on/off the fn lock function. When the indicator is on, F1~F12 keys function as media keys.

⑥ Power Switch: move right to turn on and left to turn off the keyboard.

⑦ Charging Port: for charging.

Device Requirements

Windows 7, 8, 10 or later, macOS 10.13 or later

Note:

• It is not fully compatible with Mac mini, smart TV, and XBOX.
• If your Mac has a USB-C port, please connect the Receiver via the USB-C Side.

USB Receiver:

USB-A Side is for Windows USB-A port.

USB-C Side is for Mac USB-C port.

Pairing Instructions

For Windows users:

1. Charge the keyboard for 2 hours.
2. Plug the Receiver's USB-A side into the USB-A port of the computer.
3. Move the keyboard power switch to "ON" to power on.
4. Press "Fn" + "W" for Windows layout.

For Mac users:

1. Charge the keyboard for 2 hours.
2. Remove the cap of the USB Receiver and plug the Receiver's USB-C side into the USB-C port of the Mac.
3. Move the keyboard power switch to "ON" to power on.
4. Press "Fn" + "Q" for Mac layout.

NOTE: If you restart the keyboard, it will revert to the Windows Layout.

Power Saving

The keyboard will enter power saving mode if idle for 10 minutes. Press any key and wait for 3 seconds to exit power saving mode.

Keys and Functions

Please choose the Windows/Mac layout by pressing "Fn" + "Q" or "Fn" + "W" based on your system. (If your system is Mac OS, please press "Fn" + "Q")

Special Keys

• Fn Lock: Press the Fn Lock key to toggle between direct access to F-keys (F1~F12) and media/hotkeys (like mute, volume up, play/pause).
• Fn + Q: Switches the keyboard layout to Mac OS.
• Fn + W: Switches the keyboard layout to Windows.
• Win Key: Functions as "Win" on Windows and "Option" on Mac OS.
• Alt Key: Functions as "Alt" on Windows and "Command" on Mac OS.
• Num Lock Key: Functions as "Number Lock" on Windows and "Clear" on Mac OS.
• Menu Key: Functions as a menu (similar to right-click) on Windows. This function is not available on Mac OS.
• Calculator Key: Opens the calculator on Windows. This function is not available on Mac OS.

FAQ

Q: Keyboard not working, typing is delayed, or keys function incorrectly.

• Restart your PC/laptop and iClever keyboard.
• Charge the keyboard for 2 hours.
• Verify the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch, or similar device.
• Move the device closer to the USB receiver. If your receiver is in the back of your computer, try relocating the receiver to a front port. In some cases, the receiver signal may be blocked by the computer case, causing a delay.
• Keep other electrical wireless devices at least 8 inches away from the USB receiver to avoid interference, such as wireless speakers, computer power supplies, monitors, etc.
• Check your computer's memory; insufficient memory may cause lag.
• Check for any background updates that might be causing delays.
• Try using a different APP, USB port, or computer.

Q: How to fix keyboard typing multiple letters on Windows 10?

Click the Windows key > Settings > Ease of Access > Keyboard > find "Use Filter Keys" and turn it on.

Q: How to fix keyboard typing multiple letters on Mac?

1. On a Mac, choose the Apple menu > "System Preferences", click "Keyboard", and select the Keyboard tab.
2. Locate the "Key Repeat" slider setting and adjust it to the "Off" position.

Tips

Pour les utilisateurs Windows:
