Features & Construction Details

The enclosure is constructed from 2 mm aluminum, folded and welded from one piece, providing high stability due to its 10-fold profiling. It features a circumferential system perforation grid at the front and depth for system accessory installation.

The single-door cabinet has a door with foamed-in PU seal, a screwed-in square tubular frame with dimension grid perforation, a 3-point locking swing handle, and a profile semi-cylinder according to DIN 18252. The door includes internal, captive 130° hinges and a 110° door stop.

A 100 mm high pedestal made of 3 mm aluminum with screwed plinth panels is included. The weather protection roof is 55 mm high with a 25 mm projection on all sides, plugged and screwed.

Eyebolts are welded to the inner roof, covered by the weather protection for crane transport of the fully equipped unit.

Individual interior assembly is possible with mounting plates, partial mounting plates, inch and metric profile rails, and rail systems, available from system accessories.
