This appliance is intended for chilling food in private households and enclosed domestic environments, up to an altitude of 2000 m above sea level.
1.3 Restriction on User Group
The appliance may be used by children aged 8+ and individuals with reduced physical, sensory, or mental abilities, provided they are supervised or instructed. Do not let children play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance should not be performed by unsupervised children.
1.4 Safe Transport
[Warning] Risk of injury! The high weight of the appliance may result in injury when lifted. Do not lift the appliance on your own.
1.5 Safe Installation
[Warning] Risk of electric shock! Incorrect installation is dangerous. Connect and operate only according to the rating plate specifications. Use a properly installed socket with earthing. Ensure the protective conductor system is properly installed. Never use external switching devices (timers, remote controls). The mains plug must be accessible; if not, an all-pole isolating switch must be installed. Check that the power cable is not trapped or damaged. Never let the power cord contact heat sources.
[Warning] Risk of explosion! Keep ventilation openings clear of obstructions to prevent flammable gas/air mixtures from the refrigeration circuit.
[Warning] Risk of fire! Do not use extended power cords or non-approved adapters. Only use manufacturer-approved cords and adapters. If the power cord is too short, contact an electrician.
1.6 Safe Use
[Warning] Risk of electric shock! Use only in enclosed spaces. Never expose to intense heat or humidity. Do not use steam or high-pressure cleaners.
[Warning] Risk of suffocation! Keep packaging material and small parts away from children.
[Warning] Risk of explosion! Do not use mechanical devices other than those recommended for defrosting. Do not store products with flammable propellants or explosive substances.
[Warning] Risk of fire! Do not operate electrical devices within the appliance.
[Warning] Risk of injury! Do not store carbonated drinks in the cool-fresh compartment. Do not damage refrigerant circuit tubes.
[Caution] Risk of harm to health! Prevent food contamination by observing instructions. Avoid extended door openings. Clean surfaces that contact food. Store raw meat/fish in suitable containers. If empty, switch off, defrost, clean, and leave door open to prevent mould. Be aware of aluminium contact with acidic foods.
1.7 Damaged Appliance
[Warning] Risk of electric shock! Never operate a damaged appliance or power cord. Unplug immediately if damaged. Call customer services. Repairs should only be done by trained staff using genuine spare parts. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or qualified personnel.
[Warning] Risk of fire! If tubes are damaged, flammable refrigerant and gases may escape. Keep flames and ignition sources away. Ventilate the room. Switch off the appliance and unplug it. Call after-sales service.
2 Preventing Material Damage
ATTENTION! Do not stand or support yourself on the base, runners, or doors. Keep plastic parts and door seals free of oil and grease. Avoid contact between acidic foods and aluminium parts.
3 Environmental Protection and Saving Energy
3.1 Disposing of Packaging
Packaging materials are recyclable. Sort components by type for disposal.
3.2 Saving Energy
To save energy:
- Select an installation location away from direct sunlight and heat sources (maintain clearances from cookers: 30 mm for electric/gas, 300 mm for oil/solid-fuel). Use a niche depth of 560 mm. Never block ventilation openings.
- Open the appliance briefly and close it carefully.
- Never block interior or exterior ventilation openings.
- Transport purchased food in a cool bag.
- Allow warm food and drinks to cool down before storing.
- Thaw frozen food in the refrigerator compartment.
- Leave space between food and the back panel.

Delivery includes the built-in appliance, equipment, accessories, installation material, instructions, user manual, customer service directory, warranty, energy label, and information on energy consumption/noises, and Home Connect.
4.2 Criteria for the Installation Location
[Warning] Risk of explosion! Ensure adequate space volume (min. 1 m³ per 8 g refrigerant) to prevent flammable gas/air mixtures.
The appliance weight can be up to 70 kg; ensure the subfloor is stable.
Permitted Room Temperature
The permitted room temperature depends on the appliance's climate class (found on the rating plate):
