A-Champs ROX System User Manual
This guide provides safety, handling, disposal, recycling, and regulatory information, as well as the limited warranty for the ROX system.
What's in the Box?
The ROX system comes in different configurations:
- ROX: Includes 3x ROX units and 1x Charging System.
- ROX Pro (3PCS SET): Includes 3x ROXPro units, 1x ROXBase, and 3x ROXStraps.
- ROX Pro (6PCS SET): Includes 6x ROXPro units, 1x Charging Bag, 6x ROXStraps, and 6x ROXClaw.
- ROX Pro X (3PCS SET): Includes 3x ROXProX units, 1x ROXBase, and 3x ROXStraps.
- ROX Pro X (6PCS SET): Includes 6x ROXProX units, 1x Charging Bag, 6x ROXStraps, and 6x ROXClaw.
How to Charge ROX
You can charge your ROX using either a ROXBase or a charging cable.
Using a ROXBase:
- Plug the power adapter into a power socket.
- Place the ROX on the charging base with the front side facing forward. Properly placed ROX will flash red (empty), yellow (half full), or green (full). A full charging cycle takes 3-5 hours.
- Once the ROX shows a continuous green light, they are charged and ready to use.
Using a Charging Cable:
- Plug the power adapter into a power socket.
- Connect the magnetic head of the charging cable to the charging slot on the ROX. If connected correctly, the ROX will flash red, yellow, or green. A full charging cycle takes 3-5 hours.
- Once the ROX flashes green, they are charged and ready to use.
Notes:
- Ensure ROX is not wet when charging.
- Do not remove foam inserts.
- Keep the charging cover open during charging.
- If ROX does not blink during charging, check placement and connections.
Getting Ready
- Download the A-CHAMPS ROX Pro App.
- Create an account and sign in. Share your training goals for personalized content.
Turn On ROX and Bluetooth
- ROX turns on automatically when removed from the charging base, indicated by a 10-second green light.
- To turn on manually, press and hold the power button until it vibrates and flashes green.
- You can check if ROX is on by tapping it; it will flash green and make a sound.
- Turn on your phone's Bluetooth.
Connect ROX to App
- Go to SETUP, select ROX STATUS, then SYNC ROX.
- The screen will display nearby ROX. Tap each ROX to synchronize.
- You can return to sync more ROX at any time.
- Navigate to EXPLORE for workouts or CREATE for custom sessions.
How to Activate the Tap Sensor
Tap the center of the white hit area with your fingertips for optimal sensor detection. Default sensitivity is medium.
How to Change Tap Sensor Sensitivity
Adjust sensitivity through the App: Go to PROGRAMS, MORE SETTINGS, then HIT SENSITIVITY. Choose from 12 levels.
How to Activate the Laser Sensor (ROXProX)
Move your hand, foot, or object over the two "fish eyes" on top of ROXProX. Adjust distance settings in the App: Go to PROGRAMS, MORE SETTINGS, then LASER DISTANCE.
How to Set Up the Straps
- Attach silicone holsters to the straps.
- Place ROX in holsters and fasten straps around objects (e.g., boxing bag, fence, tree).
- Roll and secure the strap's hanging end with velcro.
How to Set Up the Claw
- Choose the desired adapter (Velcro, Pole, Suction Cups).
- Attach the adapter to the Claw.
- Insert ROX into the Claw with the tap side facing outwards.
Important Battery Information
- Do not charge ROX for more than 5 hours.
- If using a charging case, keep it open during charging in an open space.
- Do not leave ROX unattended while charging.
- Do not charge ROX if the ambient temperature is above 30°C (86°F) or below 0°C (32°F).
- Position ROX correctly on the charging base.
- Do not modify the charging adapter, cable, base, or case.
Important Safety and Handling Information
- Do not attempt to remove ROX's shell.
- Be aware of potential risks of seizures, blackouts, or eye strain from flashing lights. Consult a physician if you have a history of such conditions.
- Discontinue use and consult a physician if you experience headaches, blackouts, seizures, convulsions, eye twitching, loss of awareness, involuntary movement, or disorientation.
- Operate and store ROX within temperatures of 0°C to 40°C (32°F to 104°F). Extreme temperatures can affect battery life and performance.
- Avoid dramatic temperature or humidity changes. Do not leave ROX in a car.
- WARNING: ROX is not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
- NEVER: Abuse, throw, drop, puncture, kick, or step on ROX. Do not use in dangerous or prohibited areas.
- ALWAYS: Keep ROX in sight. Use on suitable surfaces like grass, carpet, wood, or concrete.
- USE AND STORAGE: Do not use if the body is broken. Avoid excessive shock to the battery. Keep away from heat and fire. Do not microwave or place batteries in pressurized containers. Do not dismantle, pierce, or cut ROX. Avoid extreme temperature variations.
Battery Disposal
Dispose of ROX and batteries responsibly according to local regulations. Do not dispose of with household waste.
Warranty
A-Champs Ltd. provides a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser. Contact help@a-champs.com for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Shipping costs are the purchaser's responsibility.
This warranty covers normal and intended use and does not apply to consumable parts, damage from misuse, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized repair, normal wear and tear, or use outside of intended purposes.
A-Champs Ltd. is not responsible for loss of revenue, profits, savings, goodwill, reputation, data damage, or any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use the product. Recovery is limited to the purchase price of ROX.
This warranty is non-transferable and provides your exclusive remedy. Some states may have different regulations regarding implied warranties or consequential damages.
Governing Law and Arbitration
This Limited Warranty is governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Disputes will be resolved through binding, non-appearance-based arbitration. Arbitration will be initiated through a mutually agreed-upon alternative dispute resolution provider.

End of Life Product Disposal
Dispose of this product separately according to local laws and regulations. Contact your local municipality or retailer for recycling information. This product will be treated in an environmentally sound manner at a licensed recycling plant.
Important!
Unauthorized changes or modifications may void the user's authority to operate the equipment.

The WEEE symbol indicates that this product must not be disposed of with household waste. Dispose of it at designated collection points for recycling of electrical and electronic equipment to conserve natural resources and protect health and the environment.
FCC Compliance Note
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. If interference occurs, try reorienting the antenna, increasing separation, or connecting to a different circuit. Consult a dealer or technician for assistance.
