How to charge your smartphone, tablet or PC*1

Connect the charging cable to this product.
Connect the other end of the charging cable connected with the product or the USB Type-C® connector integrated with the product to your smartphone and and so on. If charging does not begin automatically, quickly press the button for approximately 1 second or less to begin charging.
Once it is charged, for your safety, remove the charging cable by following the procedures in the illustration in the order of .
*When charging a connected device starts, the battery level indicator turns green. *The product may not be able to charge up to the indicated capacity/number of times if a connected smartphone, tablet, or computer is powered on, or it is in use during charging. *Not removing the cable will cause the amount of charge in the battery to decrease. Please ensure that the cable is removed when it is not in use. *1 For charging only one tablet or computer.
When multiple ports are used simultaneously, charging may not be possible or may take time to complete.

How to charge the power bank

Connect the charging cable to the USB Type-C port of this product.
Connect the other end of the charging cable connected with the product or the USB Type-C connector integrated with the product to the AC charging adapter.
Charging begins once the AC adapter is inserted into a power socket.
Once it is charged, for your safety, remove the cable by following the procedures in the illustration in the order of .
*When charging a connected device starts, the battery level indicator turns green. *Please ensure that the cable is removed after charging. Leaving the cable attached may lead to breakage or damage to the connector. *When the battery level display reaches 100% or is turned off, the battery is fully charged. *No AC charging adapter is included. When using the connector integrated with the product, prepare an AC charging adapter with a USB Type-C port. *Both the USB Type-C connector integrated with the product and the USB Type-C port can be used for charging, but they cannot be used simultaneously. *2 AC charging adapters of 30 W and above are recommended. Charging with an AC adapter of less than 30 W or a computer
may take longer, or may not be possible. Also, when a USB Type-C to USB-A cable is used for charging, the battery may not be fully charged within the time indicated on the package and HP.

Charging all at once
Connect the charging cable to the USB Type-C port of this product. Connect the other end of the charging cable to a smartphone and so on or an AC charging adapter. Connect the USB Type-C connector integrated with the product to the AC adapter or the smartphone and so on. Charging begins once the AC adapter is inserted into a power socket. *If charging does not begin for the connected device such as a smartphone in the charging all at once, quickly press the power button (for approximately 1 second or less). *Depending on the device to connect, charging to the product may take priority, which results in charging longer time for the device.
For connection with batteries and devices supporting USB Type-C input and output
Do not connect a battery and device that has a USB Type-C port (supporting input/output) by using a charging cable. Reverse charging may occur.

How to check the remaining charge and use trickle charging mode

Remaining charge check Press the power button for a short time. The indicator lights up in 1% increments according to the battery level.
Trickle charging mode Connect a small electronic device such as a Bluetooth® earphone or headset to the USB-A port for use.
ON Press the power button twice in succession. The indicator flashes green.
OFF Press the power button twice in succession. The remaining charge indicator is turned off and the trickle charging mode is cancelled.
*The trickle charging mode is automatically cancelled after about 2 hours of being activated. *The trickle charging mode may not be automatically cancelled even when the connected device to charge is fully charged or no device is connected.
