BlendJet One Tips:
- Safety First: Never place your hands inside the BlendJet or attempt to touch the blades.
- Initial Rinse: Before the first use, add water and press the power button to rinse the BlendJet.
- Charging: The BlendJet One can take up to 3 hours to fully charge, though it often charges faster. It arrives partially charged, but for optimal performance, charge it fully before your first use. A red light indicates charging, and a blue light signifies a full charge.
- Charging Options: You can charge your BlendJet using any USB port, including those on your phone, computer, or car. The USB cord is designed to fit in only one direction; do not force it.
- Blending Basics: Always start by adding liquid (water, milk, or juice) to ensure smooth blending.
- Ingredient Size: Cut your fruit and other ingredients into small chunks for best results.
- Maximum Power: For optimal blending power, start blending with the BlendJet upside down to allow the blades to reach top RPM. Then, turn it rightside up to ensure all ingredients engage with the blades at full speed.
- Blending Ice: You can blend ice. Ensure there is sufficient liquid in the jar and that ice cubes are not excessively large. If ice gets stuck, add more liquid, shake the BlendJet, or try blending upside down.
- Temperature Limit: Avoid blending hot liquids over 120°F / 49°C, as this can cause damage, including leaks, to the jar and base.
- Cleaning: To clean your BlendJet, add water and a drop of dish soap, then run it one or more times as needed. Do not place the jar or lid in the dishwasher. Never submerge the electronic base.
- Jar Alignment: Red and blue flashing lights indicate that the jar is not properly aligned with the base. To fix this, screw the jar clockwise onto the base until the arrow on the jar aligns with the light on the base. A safety feature includes a small magnet on the jar and base that must be aligned for the blades to spin.
- Low Battery/Blocked Blades: Red flashing lights indicate the BlendJet needs recharging or that the blades are blocked. Recharge the unit, shake it, or try blending upside down before flipping it upright while powered on.
Thank you for choosing BlendJet. Cheers to you!
