Important Information
Remark: The product supports IP68 level waterproofing, making it suitable for washing hands, swimming, and wearing in the rain. However, do not use it during hot showers/baths or in saunas, as vapors can enter the host and cause scratch damage to peripheral components. Such damage is beyond the scope of the warranty.
⚠️Caution: Do not allow the magnetic charging cable's pins to simultaneously contact conducting material, as this may cause a short circuit.
Operation Guide
Buttons and Gestures
Side Button: Long press to switch the watch on/off; short press to turn the display on/off.
Touch Panel Gestures:
- Tap an icon to enter a function.
- Swipe right to return.
- Swipe down to enter the Status Bar.
- Swipe up to enter the Notification Center.
- Swipe left to enter the Main Menu.
- Swipe right (from Main Menu) to enter Workouts mode.
Watch Customization
Watch Face Switch: Hold the home watch dial for 2 seconds to switch between different watch faces.
Watch Band Change: The watch features an easy-kit changeable watch band, compatible with standard 22mm width bands.
Charging Instruction
This product uses magnetic charging. Align the charging points on the cable with the charging pins on the back of the device; it will charge automatically. The device supports charging via PC USB or a standard 5V charger. A full charge takes approximately 150 minutes, providing 5-7 days of normal use.
Connecting to Your Phone
To connect the watch to your phone, download the "TFit" app first. You can do this via one of the following methods:
- Android/iOS Phone: Scan the provided QR code image using a browser or any scanner app to download "TFit".
- Android Phone: Search and download the "TFit" app from Google Play.
- iOS Phone: Search and download the "TFit" app from the App Store.
After downloading and installing the TFit app, turn on Bluetooth on your phone, launch TFit, grant necessary app permissions and notifications, and add your personal information. In the app's Bluetooth device interface, search for the "L18" device (ensure GPS is enabled on your smartphone before pairing) and tap to connect.
Managing Your Device
Unbinding the Device
In the TFit app, navigate to 'Device' > 'Add device' > 'Connected'. Tap to confirm disconnection. Then, go to your phone's settings, unpair the device and phone. The L18 will then be unbound from your phone.
Setting Notifications
In "TFit", click 'Device' > 'Notifications'. You will be prompted to allow notification permissions. Select the apps for which you wish to receive notifications on the watch.
Firmware Upgrade
When Bluetooth is connected, in the "TFit" interface, click 'More' > 'Updates'. If new firmware is available, click to update to the latest watch firmware version. Notice: If the upgrade is unsuccessful, please reconnect and try again. Remark: Bluetooth connection stability may vary due to different mobile phone protocols. If you experience instability, try restarting Bluetooth on both devices and reconnecting. Some phone settings might need adjustment for smooth data transmission (ignore if your phone does not have these functions).
Main Features
Language, Time, and Date
Synchronizes language, date, and time from your mobile phone to the Smart Watch after connection.
Standby Interface
Offers multiple watch faces. Long press the home screen for 2 seconds to change the watch face.
Notifications
Synchronizes and displays app notifications (e.g., Facebook, WhatsApp, SMS, Email) between your mobile phone and the Smart Watch. Up to 5 notifications can be shown on the watch. Adjust notification settings and permissions within the TFit app.
Status Bar
Pull down from the standby screen to view Bluetooth connection status, battery status, and adjust brightness. Slide left in the status bar to see weather information (requires app sync and phone GPS to be enabled).
Activity Tracking
Monitors workout and health data including Steps, Distance, and Calories consumed. Data is saved until midnight (12:00 AM) daily and resets to zero for the next day. Previous data can be viewed in the 'History' section.
Exercise Modes
Select a sports mode to record your workout. Recording pauses when the power button is pressed. You can choose to save, delete, or continue measuring. Workout data is recorded and saved.
Sleep Monitor
Sleep monitoring is automatically active from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Detailed sleep quality information can be viewed in the TFit app.
Electrocardiogram (ECG) Function
The device features an optical heart rate sensor and an ECG sensor to provide information about your heart function for reference. Activation requires approximately 30 seconds for measurement and reading. Please note: This device is not a medical device. All values shown are for reference only.
Health Monitoring Functions
Blood Pressure Function
To measure blood pressure, place your hands flat on a surface and remain still. The measurement and reading process takes approximately 45-50 seconds. Please note: This device is not a medical device. Values are for reference only.
Heart Rate Monitoring Function
Heart rate is measured by the device scanning the skin's capillary surface using green optical diodes. Allow about 2 seconds to start measuring and recording. Slide to other menus to stop measuring. For information on average heart rate or heart rate during exercise, consult online resources or a medical practitioner. Please note: This device is not a medical device. Blood Oxygen Function
Blood oxygen (SpO2H) level indicates the amount of oxygen circulating in the blood. Refer to online resources or consult a medical practitioner for information on healthy or abnormal blood oxygen percentages for your age group and gender. Thermometer
The body temperature of normal individuals is typically measured upon initial use. The normal body temperature range is 35.9-37.2 degrees Celsius. Body temperature can vary throughout the day.
Additional Functions
Remote Control (Music)
Control music playback on your phone via the Smart Watch. A music playback app must be installed on the phone.
Stopwatch
Tap the bottom right corner to start, tap again to pause. Tap the bottom left corner for segment timing. Click the middle to view segment timing details. Swipe right to return.
Alarm Function
Set multiple alarm times using the TFit app on your phone.
Find Phone Function
When the device and phone are connected, this function helps locate your phone. Tap "Find Phone" to trigger your phone's ringtone/sound.
About
View model number, Bluetooth address, and version number.
Reset
Tap to reset all data to factory settings.
Sedentary & Drink Reminders
Set exercise or drink reminders via the TFit app.
Wrist Wakeup
Activate the watch by raising your wrist. Configure this function in the TFit app. Note: This feature may increase power consumption.
Warranty Details
The manufacturer/distributor warrants the product to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Defects occurring under normal use and care will be compensated, replaced, or refunded at the company's discretion.

This warranty is valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Please retain your purchase docket, tax invoice, or receipt as proof of purchase and the date of purchase.

Extent of Warranty

- Any defects caused by accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation or operation, lack of reasonable care, unauthorized modification, loss of parts, tampering, or attempted repair by an unauthorized person.
- Products not installed, operated, or maintained according to the manufacturer's instruction manual.
- Products used for purposes other than their intended use.
- Any damage caused by improper power input or improper use.
