Quick Start Guide
1. Product Overview
The GTS1 E Smart Watch features a physical button, heart rate sensor, speaker, microphone, and magnetic charging contacts.
Physical Button Operation:
- Short Press: To return or wake the screen when it is off.
- Long Press: To turn on the watch. Long press for 8 seconds to restart the watch when it is on.
2. Turning On/Off
Turning On: The watch automatically turns on when placed on charge while it is off. Long press the button to turn on the watch.
Turning Off: Navigate to Settings -> Turning off menu.
App Downloads and Pairing
App Downloads: Download and install the "VeryFit" app from the App Store, Google Play, or by scanning the provided QR code.
Pairing:
- Charge the watch to activate it before first use using the original power adapter.
- Turn on the watch by long-pressing the button.
- Open the "VeryFit" app, activate Bluetooth on your phone, and search for the device to pair. Alternatively, scan the QR code on the device.
- Complete the binding process on the app or the device.
Screen Operation
- Swipe Up/Down: Toggle through menus or view long text/details.
- Swipe Left/Right: Toggle through menus.
- Tap the Screen: Enter the menu or operate according to prompts.
- Tap and Hold on the Screen: Switch between watch faces.

The GTS1 E Smart Watch offers 5ATM water resistance, ultra-long battery life, full-screen touch control, low latency, 100 workout modes, and multiple cloud watch faces. It supports continuous heart rate monitoring, stress detection, blood oxygen detection, and sleep monitoring. Care and Maintenance
Suggestions for Use and Maintenance:
- Keep the product clean.
- Keep the product dry.
- Do not wear the product too tightly.
Use soap-free cleansers for cleaning. For stubborn stains, use alcohol. The watch is suitable for swimming pools, showers (cold water), and shallow water, but not for diving, swimming in the sea, or saunas.
Safety Instructions
Avoid extreme temperatures, strong impacts, and disassembly or modification of the product. Contact after-sales service for any product failures.
Battery Safety: Risk of explosion if the battery is replaced with an incorrect type, disposed of in fire or a hot oven, mechanically crushed or cut, or subjected to extremely high temperatures or extremely low air pressure.
Disposal of Old Electrical Appliances: Old electrical appliances should not be disposed of with residual waste but must be disposed of separately at communal collecting points. This helps recycle valuable raw materials and treat toxic substances.
Skin Irritation: If you experience discomfort or skin irritation, clean the device and adjust the fit. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a physician. Users with eczema, allergies, or asthma may be more prone to irritation.
Wear and Care Tips: Keep the watch clean and dry, do not wear it too tightly, remove it periodically to relax the wrist, and clean and dry wrists and watches after exercise to prevent sweat corrosion.
