Features
Easily connect to Wi-Fi and control multiple devices from the touch of your fingertips. Save energy by creating a daily or weekly schedule to turn your devices on/off automatically. Use Alexa and Google voice control to turn your devices off without using the app.
Step 1: Download
Download the Westinghouse Smart Plug App from the App Store or Google Play.
On your mobile device, please ensure all requested permissions are enabled: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Location Services.
Step 2: Register
Register an account on your Westinghouse Smart Plug App.
Step 1: Enter your mobile phone or email address.
Step 2: Enter the verification code and create a password.
Step 3: Plug-In
Plug the smart plug device into the wall. Make sure the indicator light on the device is flashing rapidly blue, indicating the device is ready to connect.
If indicator light is not flashing press and hold the power button located on the side of the unit for 3 seconds.
- Reset one time (press and hold) to reach Easy Mode (Fast blinking blue, 2x per second)
- Reset again (press and hold) to reach AP Mode (Slow blinking blue, every 3 seconds)
Step 4: Add Device (Easy Mode)
Select the "+" icon in the top right corner of the Westinghouse Smart Plug App home screen.
Power on the device and confirm that the indicator light is blinking quickly.
If the LED indicator light is flashing rapidly, the Easy Mode will detect your plug within a few seconds. When discovered, select the plug icon, and tap on "Next."
Step 5: Setup Wi-Fi
Enter your Wi-Fi network credentials correctly.
Make sure your phone and device are as close to your router as possible.
The Westinghouse app will try to connect to your device. If the connection fails, try to connect using AP mode.
Step 6: Add Device (AP Mode)
Make sure the device is in AP Mode, blinking slowly. (See reset instructions in Step 3)
Power on the device and confirm that the indicator light is blinking quickly.

Étape 1: Télécharger

Étape 3: Branchez
Branchez le périphérique intelligent dans le mur, Assurez-vous que le voyant lumineux sur le périphérique clignote rapidement en bleu, indiquant que le périphérique est prêt à être connecté.
Si le voyant ne clignote pas, maintenez enfoncé le bouton d'alimentation situé sur le côté de l'appareil pendant 3 secondes.
Étape 4: Ajouter appareil (mode facile)
Sélectionnez l'icône "+" dans le coin supérieur droit de l'écran d'accueil de l'application Westinghouse Smart Plug.
Power on the device and confirm that the indicator light is blinking quickly.
Si le voyant LED clignote rapidement, le mode facile détectera votre prise en quelques secondes. Une fois découvert, sélectionnez l'icône de la prise et appuyez sur "Suivant".
Étape 5: Configuration du Wi-Fi
Entrez correctement vos informations d'identification de réseau Wi-Fi.
Make sure your phone and device are as close to your router as possible.
L'application Westinghouse va essayer de se connecter à votre appareil. Si la connexion échoue, essayez de vous connecter en mode AP.
Étape 6: Ajouter appareil (AP Mode)
Assurez-vous que le périphérique est en mode AP et clignote lentement. (Voir les instructions de réinitialisation à l'étape 3)
