PACKAGE CONTENT Speaker, USB C charging cable, memory card, user guide PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 1. Power ON/OFF, audio mode and Bluetooth pair. (hold the button for power on/off, press the button for mode select, press twice quickly for Bluetooth pair mode 2. LED function indicator Bluetooth mode: Search status: White LED flashes quickly / Successful pairing: White light flashes slowly. AUX in mode: White light stays on. SD mode: white LED light flashes quickly twice and stops. Mute: white light flashes slowly. 3. Microphone (for hands-free phone calls) 4. Short press to Play/Pause/Hands-free. Long press to disconnect Bluetooth connection. 5. Press button shortly for volume down or hold on for previous track 6. Volume + button shortly for volume up or hold on for next track 1. Micro SD slot 2. AUX-IN slot 3. Charge LED indicator (Red LED indicates that the unit is charging and not full. Red LED will turn off when fully charged.) 4. DC 5V charge in (5V/1.000mA) CHARGING 1. Use the included USB C charging cable, plug one end into the DC 5V port located at the side of the unit, plug the other end into a USB powered port or any other USB adapter (not included). 2. The battery is fully charged in around 3,5 hours. (Charging time will be longer if music is played while charging.) 3. The red LED light indicates that the unit is charging. It turns off when the battery is fully charged. You can disconnect the charging cable at any time. ON/OFF 1. Hold the power button for approx. 2 seconds to turn on. There is a beeping sound to indicate it is in Bluetooth mode (not when memory card is inserted), white LED will flash quickly. 2. Hold it again for approx. 2 seconds to turn off. BLUETOOTH PAIRING 1. Turn the speaker on to be ready for pairing. 2. Activate the Bluetooth function on your mobile phone or other Bluetooth devices. 3. Search the speaker and select the name Mister Knister connect the speaker with the device via Bluetooth. 4. Adjust the volume on your device to your ideal level. NOTE 1. Keep the range of 1 meter when pairing. If the pairing was not successful, turn off the speaker and pair again. 2. After successful pairing, paired devices will remember each other, so there is no need to pair again unless pairing information is deleted. 3. Long press play/pause to disconnect existing Bluetooth connection manually. 4. To pair with a new device, follow steps 1-3 above after disconnected from existing device. 5. The speaker will power off automatically to save power in case there is no operation/play within 30 minutes. VOLUME +/- & PREVIOUS / NEXT 1. Control volume via the Bluetooth device itself. 2. Short press the Volume +/- buttons to increase/decrease volume. 3. Long press the Volume +/- buttons to go to next or previous track. 4. There is prompt sound when volume is at max or min. TWS (TRUE WIRELESS STEREO) 1. Make sure you have two speakers at your hand, turn on both speakers together. 2. Quickly double click the "Power" button of both speakers, then both speakers will go into pairing mode to pair with each other first. 3. Wait for around 5-10 seconds until both speakers "beep" once in sequence, which means that both speakers are paired with each other already. 4. The white LED on the main speaker will be ON, the white LED on the second speaker will flash. 5. Then, activate Bluetooth function of your device and pair with Bluetooth name Mister Knister. You would enjoy music in True Wireless Stereo sound from two speakers simultaneously. NOTE 1. You can only enjoy TWS function when you have two speakers. 2. Once paired, the two speakers will automatically pair each time they are turned ON, should you wish to unpair them, press the power button on either speaker twice. The speaker will beep and both LEDs will flash indicating that the speakers are no longer paired. "MISTER KNISTER" MODE 1. Insert the SD card 2. Turn on the speaker. Crackling will start playing automatically. 3. Short press volume + or to adjust volume. 4. Press play/pause to MUTE. 5. When turning the speaker on the device will start playing the last played file from its beginning. The volume setting will be saved. Choose effect: The device contains 4 different wood fire effects, which have an increasing cracking intensity. You can recognize this when playing it by the fact that you hear 1 to 4 cracks at the beginning: Romantic (1 x crack at the beginning) Flaming (2 x cracks at the beginning) Classic (3 x cracks at the beginning) Crackling (4 x cracks at the beginning) NOTE 1. Each effect runs for about 12 hours before automatically switching to another effect. 2. If the crackling sound is too intense, lower the volume. Increase it for a stronger effect. 3. The effects on the device are subject to copyright and license fees and may therefore not be copied. They also contain a copy protection which can cause damage if used on another device. MICRO SD CARD 1. Turn on the speaker. 2. Plug your Micro SD card into the SD card slot, the unit will enter into SD card play mode automatically. 3. Short press volume + or to adjust volume. 4. Long press volume + or to go to next or previous track. 5. Press power to pause or play. 6. Use +/- to switch to the next or previous track. MAKING CALLS Before you make a call with the unit, you need to pair and link your Bluetooth-enabled phone with the unit. Please refer to pairing procedure. 1. To answer a call, press the play/pause button. Now you can use the unit as a speaker phone. 2. To end a call press the play/pause button. NOTE 1. Short press play/pause twice to call back the previous call. 2. The microphone is located on the upside of the play/pause button. TROUBLESHOOTING No power · Make sure your speaker is turned on. Make sure your speaker is completely charged. No sound · Make sure the volume of your speaker is not at the minimum setting. · Make sure the connected audio device is playing audio. Sound is distorted · Turn down the volume of the speaker or the connected device. Cannot pair the speaker with my Bluetooth device · Make sure the Bluetooth mode of your device is turned on. · Your Bluetooth device may be out of range. Try moving it closer to the speaker. · Move your Bluetooth device and/or the speaker away from other devices that generate electromagnetic interference, such as phones, microwave oven, wireless network routers, or other Bluetooth devices. WA R N I N G S 1. Check that the voltage marked on the rating label matches your chargers voltage. The speaker must not be modified. The speaker must only be repaired by qualified service technicians. 2. Please use attached USB charging cable in the package to charge unit. 3. Please disconnect charging cable after the unit is fully charged. Do not charge the unit any longer after it is already fully charged. 4. Do not use and leave the product near a heat source as fire or heater. 5. Do not place it into water, any other liquid, fire or any heater machine. 6. Do not strike or throw the product. 7. Do not use or leave the product at very high temperature (for example, at strong direct sunlight or a vehicle in extremely hot conditions) otherwise it can overheat or fire or its performance will be degenerated, and its service life will be decreased. 3. This speaker is splash proof. Do not submerge under water, doing so will result in permanent damage. 4. Do not expose the speaker to water while charging. 5. Do not use it in a location where static electricity is great, otherwise, the safety devices may be damaged, which will cause hidden trouble of safety. 6. The batteries should be stored at room temperature, charged to about 30% to 50% of capacity. In case of over-discharge, batteries should be charged completely. 7. After months while storing, batteries should be discharged. Charge the unit in order to activate it and restore energy. 8. Please follow waste battery recycling method to dispose the unit.
