Instructions

When using the watch for the first time, ensure it is fully charged. The watch will start automatically after charging. After charging is complete, pull out the charging cable from the USB charging head to prevent the magnetic charger from being attracted to metal products, which could damage the cable.

Align the charging head with the magnetic charging port until the charging icon appears on the watch screen. Continuous charging with a 5V charging head takes 2-3 hours.

Power on: In the off state, press and hold the [power button] for 3 seconds. The watch will automatically turn on when charging.

Power off: When the watch is turned on, long press the [power button]. The power off interface will appear. Select ✔️ to power off, or navigate to the menu, click the power off icon to enter the power off interface and shut down.

Android phones can disconnect by clicking 'Remove Device'. For iPhones, after unbinding, navigate to Bluetooth settings, click the symbol next to the device, and choose to ignore it.

Precautions

Common Problems

1. Bracelet cannot be searched or connected during binding?

a. Confirm your mobile phone's Bluetooth is turned on and ensure the distance between the bracelet and phone is within 0.5 meters.

b. Check if the bracelet has power. If the issue persists after 2 hours of charging, please contact support.

2. Why does Bluetooth not connect occasionally?

When the Bluetooth service of some mobile phones restarts, an abnormal situation may occur. Usually, restarting the mobile phone establishes the connection normally.

3. Why does an Android phone disconnect easily?

Android phones' system memory management may forcibly close background apps. To prevent this, turn off power saving mode or add the app to the system housekeeper's 'green background' list. The app must run in the background for Bluetooth to remain connected.

4. Why are there no reminders for calls and messages?

Ensure the corresponding notification settings are enabled within the APP.
