Quick Start Guide
SPX-1000

1. Pairing
Open the charging case and place the earbuds in your ears. The earbuds will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on the device you want to connect to (smartphone, tablet, computer, TV, etc.). Select "Pro X" in your device's Bluetooth settings. You'll hear a confirmation tone when the connection is successful.

2. Wearing
Before fitting the earbuds, check for the "L" and "R" markings to make sure each earbud goes in the correct ear.
The earbuds should sit comfortably while creating a secure, airtight seal - this is essential for optimal sound quality and effective noise cancellation.
The Pro X come pre-installed with medium-sized ear tips. If you need a different fit, small and large tips are included in the box for easy swapping. A proper fit ensures maximum comfort, sound quality, and noise cancellation.

4. Charging
You can charge the case two ways: Wired Charging: Use the included USB-C cable and connect it to the port on the back of the case. Wireless Charging: Place the case on a Qi wireless charging pad.
While charging, the LED shows battery level and progress. Placing the earbuds in the case charges them. Download the app to view exact battery percentages.

5. LED Light Indicators
While charging, the LED light on the case will display the current battery level and charging progress. During Normal Use (When Not Plugged In): The LED light shows the remaining battery level when you open the case or press the Charging Case Button:
70­100%: White LED lights up for 2 seconds 30­69%: Orange LED lights up for 2 seconds 11­29%: Red LED lights up for 2 seconds Below 10%: Red LED flashes When Charging (Wired or Wireless): The LED shows charging progress: 100% Charged: Solid white LED for 10 seconds, then turns off 70­99% Charged: White breathing light 30­69% Charged: Orange breathing light 0­29% Charged: Red breathing light

6. Multipoint Connectivity
To enable Multipoint Pairing (connecting to two devices simultaneously), follow these steps:
Step #1: Pair with the First Device Follow the instructions from #1. Pairing to pair to the first device Proceed to Step #2 only when you've successfully paired to the first device
Step #2: Pair with the Second Device Place the earbuds back in the charging case, keep the lid open Press the Charging Case Button 3x times - this places the earbuds back into pairing mode Go to the Bluetooth Settings Menu in your second device, and select "Pro X" The Pro X are now successfully paired to the second device
Step #3: Establishing Multipoint connection While still connected to the second device, go back to the first device and select Pro X from the Bluetooth Settings Menu Now, you are connected to both devices Every time you use the Pro X, it will automatically connect to both devices, provided they are both turned on, and within Bluetooth range

7. Download the App
