Assembly Instructions
Step 1
Attach the Backrest (B) to the Seat Base (A) using screw (1) and washer (5).
Step 2
Assemble the base: Insert the Gas Lift Cylinder (F) into the center of the Base (G).
Step 3
Mount the assembled Seat Base (A) and Backrest (B) unit onto the Gas Lift Cylinder (F).
Step 4
Attach the Armrests (C and D) to the Seat Base (A) and Backrest (B) using screws (2), (3), (6), and (7). Use the provided wrenches (labeled 4 and 5 in diagrams) for tightening.
Step 5
Attach the Footrest Supports (E) to the underside of the Seat Base (A) using screw (1).
Step 6
Attach the Footrest (H) to the Footrest Supports (E) using screw (5).
Return and Damage Claim Instructions
- ⚠️ DO NOT discard the box / original packaging. In case a return is required, the item must be returned in original box. Without this your return will not be accepted.
- Take a photo of the box markings. A photo of the markings (text) on the side of the box is required in case a part is needed for replacement. This helps staff identify your product number to ensure you receive the correct parts.
- Take a photo of the damaged part (if applicable). A photo of the damage is always required to file a claim and get your replacement or refund processed quickly. Please make sure you have the box even if it is damaged.
- Send an email with the images requested. Email directly from the marketplace where your item was purchased with the attached images and a description of your claim.
