Canada Post Authorized Return Instructions

This customer has a domestic parcel for return that uses a Canada Post Return ID number to generate a Parcel Return label from the Retail Point of Sale system.

Please complete the following quick steps:

1. Place the item on the scale.
2. Select 'Return Services'.
3. From the Item Details screen, enter the appropriate code for the Bell service type:
   • Fibe TV and Bel Internet: Canada Post Return ID Number: PR771039
   • Bell Satellite TV: Canada Post Return ID Number: PR773267
4. Complete the required fields, including dimensions, and select 'Complete'.
5. Give the receipt to customer as their proof of return.
