HAWEEL Waterproof Pouch for Mobile Phone

User Manual

How to Use:

  1. Turn the lock and release the clip.
  2. Open the pouch.
  3. Insert absorbent paper or material.
  4. Close and lock the waterproof pouch.
  5. Immerse the pouch in water or under running water.
  6. Remove the absorbent paper or material and check if it is dry. Then remove it. Place the mobile phone into the pouch and repeat the procedure.

Important Notes:

The HAWEEL pouch with IPX4 protection does not reliably support fingerprint recognition through the protective film, especially for phones with a sensor integrated into the display. Although the film is thin (0.3 mm) and touch-sensitive, it is not transparent or precise enough for the biometric sensor to function flawlessly. For older devices with a physical sensor outside the display, recognition may work to a limited extent, but it cannot be guaranteed. For unlocking the phone, we recommend using alternative methods such as face recognition, PIN code, or gesture. Before first use, we recommend inserting paper or other absorbent material into the pouch to test its tightness and familiarize yourself with the handling. After inserting the phone, check that the closing mechanism is properly secured and the seal is intact. Avoid scratches and impacts during use. Do not use the pouch in water warmer than 50°C.
