Assembly Instructions

Before Assembly: Please make sure you have all the parts required to assemble the product. If a part is missing, please contact the seller for assistance. Note: At least two people are required to assemble the trampoline.

Step 1 - Frame Assembly

1. Insert the top rail (#4) into the left and right ends of the T-shaped connector (#5). The thick end of one top rail should fit into the thin end of another.

2. Repeat this operation for the remaining top rails (#4), ensuring they are connected well with the T-shaped connectors (#5).

3. Connect the bottom end of the leg extension (#7) to the base leg (#6) using the short screws (#17).

4. Connect the upper end of the leg extension (#7) to the bottom end of the T-shaped connector (#5) with long screws (#16). Do not tighten these screws yet, as they will be tightened with the bottom frame tube (#9) in Step 5.

5. Note: Please ensure the screw holes on all tubes are aligned and face outwards consistently. Make sure to put all long screws (#16) in the hole where the T-shaped connecting tube and the leg extension tube overlap. Maintain the main frame assembled stably enough to support the springs in the next steps.

Step 2 - Jumping Mat Assembly

Place the jumping mat (#1) on the top rail frame assembled in Step 1. Select a starting point on the top rail frame and designate it as the "1st Point". Use the loading spring tool (#12) included in the package to attach the springs.

Step 3 - Trampoline Spring Assembly

Caution: Be careful where you place hands and other body parts during spring assembly, as the connection points can pinch you.

STEP I: Place one end of the spring (#11) into the triangular ring of the jumping mat edge (e.g., the "1st Point").

STEP II: Use the loading spring tool (#12) to link the other end of the spring to the corresponding "1st Point" on the top rail frame (#4).

Balancing Tension: To keep the tension on the mat balanced, install the second spring on the opposite side of the frame.

For 12FT Trampoline (72 Springs): After fixing the first two springs at the "1st Point", count to the 37th point on both the top rail frame and the triangular ring of the jumping mat edge. Place a spring to connect these points. Continue placing springs on opposite sides of the frame alternatively (e.g., 1st & 37th; 18th & 54th; 9th & 45th; 27th & 63rd). After these are installed, place springs on the 5th, 14th, 23rd, 32nd, 41st, 50th, 59th, and 68th points.

For 14FT Trampoline (80 Springs): After fixing the first two springs at the "1st Point", count to the 41st point on both the top rail frame and the triangular ring of the jumping mat edge. Place a spring to connect these points. Continue placing springs on opposite sides of the frame alternatively (e.g., 1st & 41st; 20th & 60th; 10th & 50th; 30th & 70th). After these are installed, place springs on the 5th, 15th, 25th, 35th, 45th, 55th, 65th, and 75th points.

Tip: The number of triangular rings on the jumping mat is equal to the number of points on the top rail frame. If you miscount, remove and reinstall the springs on the correct points.

BE CAREFUL: YOU MUST MAINTAIN A UNIFORM DISTRIBUTION OF THE SPRINGS TO AVOID UNEVEN TENSION THAT COULD DESTROY THE TOP RAILS FRAME. Continue to place the remaining springs in the same manner. Ensure all springs are installed in a diagonal pattern to ensure the main frame is evenly stressed and the jumping mat is completely taut.

IMPORTANT: YOU MUST MAKE SURE THE SPRINGS ARE PLACED ON CORRECT POINTS AS THE INSTRUCTIONS.

Step 4 - Spring Cover Pad Assembly

1. Never use the trampoline without the spring cover pad (#2). The pad reduces the risk of injury from impacting the metal structure. Ensure the frame and springs (#11) are completely covered by the spring cover pad (#2) before each use.

2. Place the spring cover pad (#2) on the frame assembled in Step 3, ensuring it fully covers the springs (#11) and frame. Tie the elastic straps located beneath the spring cover pad to the nearby springs (#11). Repeat this operation for all elastic straps.

Note: Make sure the elastic straps beneath the spring cover pad (#2) are tightened and the pad completely covers the frame and all springs (#11) before using the trampoline. Do not use the trampoline if the triangular ring connecting the jumping mat (#1) to the spring is damaged. Conduct a thorough inspection to ensure all parts are assembled correctly and understand all warnings.

Step 5 - Trampoline Poles Assembly

Align the two bottom holes of the bottom frame tube (#9) with the two upper holes of the leg extension (#7). Secure them using a long screw (#16), black gap spacer (#19), washer (#18), and lock nut (#21). Repeat this step for the remaining bottom frame tubes (#9).

Note: Please check all screws carefully and ensure they are tightened well to ensure safety.

Step 6 - Trampoline Basketball Hoop Assembly

Note that parts #8B and #9B are specially used for the basketball hoop. #8B has one hole in the end; #9B has one hole on the top and two holes on the end. Ensure you use the correct poles.

1. First, fix the basketball hoop ring (#23) into the basketball hoop board (#24) with board fix pin A (#26), board fix pin B (#27), and four short screws (#32).

2. Second, fix the basketball hoop board (#24) onto the top of the board support tube (#8B) with board fix pin B (#27), board fix pin C (#28), and four long screws (#33).

Step 7 - Trampoline Upper Poles Assembly

Insert the top frame tube (#8A) into the bottom frame tube (#9A). Repeat this operation for the remaining top frame tubes.

Insert the board support tube (#8B) into the bottom frame tube (#9B) and fix it using the spring snap within the board support tube (#8B). Please make sure the basketball board faces toward the trampoline.

For the 12FT & 14FT trampolines, after finishing the pole installation, cover the poles with pole sleeves (#22) for protection. Then place net pole caps (#14) on the remaining top frame tubes (#8A).

Please keep all blue foams (#10) covering the frame tubes before connecting the bottom frame tubes with the top frame tubes.

Step 8 - Trampoline Enclosure Net Assembly

1. Insert the strap on the safety enclosure net (#3) through its buckle and lock the buckle. Adjust the tightness of the strap as needed and place it on the net pole cap (#14). Repeat this operation for the remaining straps on the safety enclosure net (#3). PS: For the strap going onto the board support tube, loop the strap and its buckle below the board support tube and secure by locking the buckle.

2. Pull one end of the long rope (#15) through a lower hole of the safety enclosure net (#3) and then through a triangular ring on the jumping mat (#1) successively, until it meets its other end. Tie the two ends of the long rope (#15) together beneath the spring cover pad (#2) to fix the bottom of the safety enclosure net (#3).

Please note there are several holes on the lower edge of the safety enclosure net (#3) designed to let the long rope (#15) pass through to fix the bottom of the net.

Usage and Safety Information

Congratulations! You're ready to jump!

The trampoline load capacity is up to 1500 LBS after assembly.

DANGER

SAFETY INSTRUCTION OF TRAMPOLINE ENCLOSURE NET

A. NOTICE TO SUPERVISOR

B. NOTICE TO JUMPER

WARNING

Do not jump into the enclosure netting deliberately. Do not jump and try to hang onto the top of the netting or the enclosure pole. Misuse of the enclosure as stated above may result in serious injury or death. Users may become entangled in or strangled by loose cords or in gaps between the trampoline and enclosure. Keep the enclosure tightly fastened to the trampoline in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Failure to properly assemble and maintain a tight, secure trampoline/enclosure boundary may result in serious injury, strangulation, or death.

WARNING

Your trampoline enclosure netting is manufactured with UV-resistant material. The netting is exposed to outdoor elements including sunlight, wind, and rain for a long time, so the enclosure netting must be checked before each use for wear or tear by pinching a section of fabric between fingers and pulling/stretching. If it produces a tear or if it produces a continuous ripping sound, then the net is unsafe and must be taken down immediately. STOP USING THE TRAMPOLINE IF YOU FIND ANY SIGNS OF WEAKNESS. RESTRICT ACCESS BY USERS UNTIL A NEW AUTHORIZED REPLACEMENT NETTING IS INSTALLED OR STORE THE TRAMPOLINE.
