Start/Save Recording

Tap the record icon at the bottom of the interface to start recording. Tap the "Save" button to end and save the current recording. The device may provide vibration feedback.

Play Recording

Click the "Play Recording" icon at the top of the interface to listen to saved recordings.

Recording Transcription

Select a recording file, tap the transfer button, and then tap the "Start Transcription" button to convert audio to text.

Recording Summary Generation

After selecting a recording file, tap the summary icon and then the "Generate" button to create a concise summary of the audio content. Note: Transcription must be completed before generating a summary.

Mind Map Generation

Select a recording file and tap the mind map icon. Mind maps are automatically generated based on the audio summaries.

Power Management

Power On: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.

Power Off: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.

Screen Light Up: When the screen is off, short press the power button to wake the screen.

Recording Modes

Start Recording: Push the recording button up. The device vibrates once.

Pause Recording: Short press the power button while recording.

End/Save Recording: Push the recording button down. The device vibrates twice, and "Save" appears on the display.

Switching Modes:

• When the screen is on and not recording: Double-click the power button to switch between Call Mode (for phone call recording) and NOTE Mode (normal recording).
• When the screen is on and recording: Double-click the power button to switch modes and restart recording.

Privacy Protection

All data is stored only on the recording device unless you sync the recording file with the DOWAY app. In that case, the file will be stored on your smartphone.

The company is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal data caused by hardware, software, product maintenance, battery replacement, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Due to firmware upgrades, the actual settings and usage of this product may differ from this manual. Refer to the latest product information for any changes in performance or functions.

Security

Keep the device and accessories out of the reach of children to prevent choking or other injuries. Do not expose the battery to fire or excessive heat, such as direct sunlight.

Maintenance

Do not use chemicals or harsh reagents to clean the recorder, as this can damage the surface and cause corrosion.

Battery Care

If the product is not used for a long time, please charge and discharge it once every three months to prevent battery damage.

Memory Storage Capacity

The system software uses a small amount of storage space. The actual available capacity will be slightly less than the stated specifications.
