This offer is valid from June 18th to July 16th, 2025. Receive a rebate in the form of a physical or virtual Nationwide Marketing Group Prepaid MasterCard up to $1,000 with the purchase of one or more qualifying Café, GE Profile, or GE Appliances kitchen and laundry products.
Rebate Details:
- Buy 1 Qualifying Appliance: Get UP TO $100
- Buy 4 Appliances: Get A $150 BONUS
- Buy 6 Appliances: Get An Additional $400 BONUS
Only one model per product category is allowed, with a maximum of 6 models per claim. A limit of one rebate per code per household applies. Additional terms and qualifying models are detailed on page 3. Late submissions will not be accepted.

- A clear copy of your original invoice (photo or PDF) showing complete payment, purchase date, model number(s), retailer name and address, and your name and address.
- The serial number for the products purchased. If you are not taking delivery of your product(s) until after the program postmark date of 08/16/25, submit your claim by the postmark date without serial numbers.
- Complete all information on the rebate form. Incomplete forms will not be processed.

Important Notes:
- Purchases from Best Buy®, Costco Warehouse, Lowe's®, and The Home Depot® are not eligible for this rebate promotion.
- Rebate submission must be submitted online or postmarked no later than 08/16/25. Late submissions will not be accepted.

A comprehensive list of eligible models for Refrigeration, Ranges, Wall Ovens, Cooktops, Dishwashers, Washers, Dryers, Microwaves, Hoods, and Combo Units is provided. Each model is associated with a specific rebate amount.
Terms & Conditions:
This offer is limited to one rebate per consumer per household/email address. Rebates must be submitted by the consumer using valid consumer information. Offer is strictly limited to the amount of the stated rebate. Prior sales, back orders, and special orders do not qualify. Multiple sales to apartments, condominiums, subdivisions, wholesalers, dealer sales, builders, or resellers do not qualify. Offer void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. This rebate offer is valid only to end-use consumers in all US states, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
