Read this operation manual carefully before using the product, and store the manual safely.
Safety Instructions
Warning: To avoid injury to yourself and others, and to avoid unnecessary property damage, read carefully before using the product and observe the following "Safety instructions". The safety instructions are divided into two sections, "Warning" and "Caution". The "Warning" and "Caution" sections contain important information for safe use of the product and must be followed.

Warning
- Do not use this product in wet places such as bathrooms or near water sources.
- Do not use it to clean up liquids, matches and wet garbage.
- Do not pull or insert the plug, or touch the adapter socket with wet hands.
- Do not use damaged power plugs and loose sockets.
- Do not use the main unit to clean flammable liquids such as kerosene, gasoline, objects with sparks, toner cartridges, toner and other combustible dust; do not use the device near the above items, or in environments with flammable and explosive gases to avoid fires.
- Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the product on your own, to avoid fire, injury, or damage, except for the replacement of consumables in accordance with this manual.
- When using the adapter, use an AC power supply with a correct rated voltage, and do not use a generator or DC power supply to avoid fire or electric shock. Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.
- Use a dry cloth to clean the dust on the plug regularly to avoid fires due to poor insulation or other reasons.
- Be sure to insert the plug firmly and completely into the socket to avoid electric shock, short circuiting or fire.
- In the event of an abnormal fault, cut off the power immediately and stop using the product to avoid smoke, fire or electric shock.
- When charging or using the product, if the product's body becomes deformed or is unusually hot, gives off a burning smell, or emits abnormal noises while operating, immediately cut off the power and unplug the plug. Then place the product in an open area away from any combustible materials to ensure safety. Have the manufacturer or authorized maintenance personnel replace or maintain the product to avoid danger.
- Be sure to unplug the plug from the power socket before cleaning and maintenance to avoid electric shock or injury.
- If you find that the main brush is abnormal during use, turn off the power and immediately check whether the main brush is entangled with hair or other long fibers, and clean it in a timely manner.
- Do not spray water on the product body and plug, or immerse them in water.
- Do not use other adapters to charge the main unit.
- When unplugging the plug, be sure to hold the insulated part of the adapter body. Do not pull the power cord.
- The battery is a sealed device, and does not pose a safety hazard under normal circumstances. If liquid leaks out of the battery under extreme conditions, it may cause irritation or burns. If you accidentally come into contact with the liquid, take the following instructions: 1) In case of skin contact - wash with soap and water; 2) In case of eye contact - rinse immediately with water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical help.
- This appliance is not intended for use by children or persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision.
- Keep the robot vacuum and mop cleaner away from electromagnetic equipment in hospitals. This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with it. Use this product only with accessories supplied with it.
- The adapter is for indoor use only, do not expose it to rain.
- If the exterior is damaged, do not use the adapter to avoid risk of electric shock.
- This adapter is only intended for use with designated robot vacuum and mop cleaners.
- Before charging, check whether the adapter specifications conform with the required power supply voltage.
- Remove the battery with a proper tool. Remove the screws of the bottom cap, open the bottom cap, unplug the battery connecting terminals and remove the battery from the battery box.
- Before disposing of the appliance, the battery must be removed from the appliance.
- The appliance must be disconnected from power supply before removing the battery.
- This appliance incorporates an earth connection for functional purposes only.
Caution
- Do not use this product outdoors, on surfaces other than the ground, or in commercial or industrial environments.
- Do not use the product in environments without protective fencing (such as duplex floors, open balconies, furniture tops).
- Do not block the air outlet (so as to avoid deformation, product failure, or fire due to overheating).
- Do not drag the product body (so as not to scratch the ground).
- Do not shake or let children play with the product body (so as to avoid injury or damage to the product body).
- Do not drop the product, bump it against other objects, or apply pressure to the product (so as to avoid fire or electric shock due to product failure).
- Be sure to install the main brush and filter before use (so as not to cause damage to the motor or product body).
- Check if the power cable is in good condition before charging the product.
- Before using the robot vacuum and mop cleaner for the first time or replacing the specified filter, turn off the power on the main unit and make sure that the filter is properly installed.
- Used battery packs should be properly disposed off. Do not discard them randomly.
- Before using the product, arrange the desks, chairs, household items, floor objects, etc. neatly, and clear power cords and small items laying on the ground to avoid the product being blocked during cleaning.
- When the machine is running, keep curtains and tablecloths away from the ground, and keep the carpet flat, so as to prevent the product from being blocked during operation and causing damage to your valuables.
- Be sure to open the door of each room before the first use, so that the product can build a complete home map.
- Do not stand in front of the main unit when the appliance is running, to prevent the main unit from being unable to recognize the area to be cleaned.
- Do not use and store the main unit under extreme adverse conditions, such as extreme temperatures. It is recommended to use it indoors. Store it in a cool and dry place.

Spot button: Short press to clean a localized area; the robot automatically docks after cleaning. Short press while operating to pause.

Installation
Installing the Dust Collector (Optional)
Step 1: Find a suitable location to place the dust collector, ensuring at least 0.5m clearance on the sides and 1.5m clearance in front.
Step 2: Press and hold the Power button on the main unit to turn it on. Then, press the Dock button for the robot to search for the dust collector to charge.
Caution:
- When charging, do not install the mopping module to prevent water seeping from the wet mop and damaging the floor.
- Do not use this product in the room of infants and young children.
- When the main unit is docked at the dust collector, do not let children or pets approach it or collide with the main unit to avoid danger.
- It is recommended to start the appliance from the dust collector and not move it during the cleaning process for smooth return.
- The dust collector has dust collection and charging functions; a new dust bag is installed before the product leaves the factory.
Installing the Charging Dock (Optional)
Step 1: Find a suitable location to place the charging dock.
Step 2: Place the charging dock against the wall, ensuring at least 0.5m clearance on the sides and 1.5m clearance in front.
Step 3: Press and hold the Power button on the main unit to turn on the robot vacuum and mop cleaner, then press the Dock button for the robot to search for the charging dock to charge.
Caution:
- When charging, do not install the mopping module to prevent water seeping from the wet mop and damaging the floor.
- Do not use this product in the room of infants and young children.
- When the main unit is docked on the charging dock, do not let children or pets approach it or collide with the main unit to avoid danger.

Installing the Mopping Module
Step 1: Attach the mop by sticking it onto the designated area on the mop holder.
Step 2: Add water to the water tank by opening its cover, adding water, and then shutting the cover.
Step 3: Install the water tank by pushing the electric water tank and dust box horizontally into the main unit until a "click" sound is heard.
Step 4: Install the mopping module by pushing its buckle in parallel along the electric water tank until a "click" sound is heard.
Caution:
- Do not use the mopping function on the carpet.
- When charging or not in use, remove the mopping module, pour out excess water, and clean the mop to avoid mold or odor.
- It is recommended to clean the mop each time to maintain water speed and cleaning effect. Replace with a new mop if necessary.
- When charging on wooden floors, remove the mopping module to prevent water seepage from damaging the floor.
Use
Downloading App
This product is compatible with the Roidmi vacuum cleaner platform and can be controlled using the "roidmi cleaner" app. It supports Android and iOS systems.
- Scan the QR code or search for "roidmi cleaner" in the app store to download and install the app.
- Sign in to the app. Long press the Power and Dock buttons simultaneously for over 3 seconds to reset WiFi. Click "+" on the app's homepage to add a device. Select the robot cleaner from the device list and connect it to WiFi following the prompts.

Mi Home App
This product works with Mijia (Mi Home) and can be controlled via the Mi Home app and interconnected with other smart devices.
- Scan the QR code or search for "Mi Home" in the app store to download and install the app.
- Turn on the Mi Home app, register an account or sign in.
- Long press the Power and Dock buttons simultaneously for over 3 seconds to reset WiFi. Click "+" on the app's homepage to add a device.
- In the device category list, find "Robot Cleaner", then click your ROIDMI robot cleaner model to enter the Network Configuration interface.
- Perform follow-up operations according to the app's prompts for network configuration.
Reminder: Actual operations may vary due to app upgrades. Please follow the instructions in the app. "Works with Mijia" certifies compatibility; Xiaomi and Mijia are not liable for product issues.
Turning On/Off and Cleaning Modes
1. Turning On/Off
Press and hold the Power button; the indicator turns ON, and the main unit enters Standby mode. When idle, press and hold the Power button to turn off the unit.
When the main unit is running, press any button to pause. Press the Power button again to resume.
Press the Dock button to make the main unit automatically dock and end the cleaning cycle. Press the Spot button to clean a localized area.
2. Charging
After a cleaning cycle, the main unit automatically docks and charges. If an error occurs, resolve it and press the Dock button. The Power button indicator is always ON while charging; it breathes when fully charged.
If the robot fails to dock, it will return to its starting point. Press the Dock button to return it to the charging dock or dust collector.
3. Clean Mode
The unit scans and maps areas, cleaning along walls and in small arcs. It returns to the dock upon completion. Press the Power button to start a cleaning cycle. Press any button to pause.
4. Cleaning a Localized Area
In Standby or paused mode, press the Spot button to clean a 1.6m x 1.6m square area centered on the main unit. The robot docks automatically afterward.
5. Room Mode
If rooms are defined in map management, select a room and press the Spot button to clean it. Otherwise, set room boundaries via the APP.
6. Adding Water or Cleaning the Mop While Operating
To add water or clean the mop during operation, pause the unit, remove the dust box + water tank (2 in 1) and mopping module. Reinstall and resume cleaning.
7. Error Symptom
During an error, the Power button indicator flashes quickly, and a voice prompt is heard. Refer to the "Troubleshooting" section.
8. Sleep Mode
After 10 minutes of inactivity, the main unit enters Sleep mode. Press any key to wake it up.
9. WiFi Reset
Reset WiFi as per instructions in the "APP downloads" section if password issues or connection problems occur.
10. Automatic Dust Collection (Optional)
When a cleaning cycle finishes, the robot returns to the dust collector for charging and dust collection.
11. Reset Button
If the unit is unresponsive, press the Reset button. This clears timing and mode settings and requires WiFi setup.
Turning On/Off and Operating the Dust Collector (Optional)
Touch the LED display to activate dust collection. The integrated station's indicators show status. The LED display shows remaining power. Fault codes appear if the dust bag is not installed. Indicators also show smell ion generator status, communication status, and dust full status.
Dust Collector Status Indicator
The status table details indicators for Initializing, Main unit in place, Main unit absent, Collecting dust, Normal/Abnormal suction, Dust bag status, Communication status, and Powered off states.
Remarks: ○ indicates blinking; ● indicates constant on; ○ indicates off.
Reminder: Ensure the dust collector is connected to power and the main unit is in place for remote operation.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Always turn off the product before any maintenance!
Disassembling and Installing the Main Brush
Step 1: Turn the robot over, press the main brush cover release button, remove the cover, and take out the main brush for cleaning.
Step 2: Use the cleaning brush to remove hair and fibers from the main brush. Replacement every 3-6 months is recommended.
Caution:
- Turn off the product before replacing the main brush.
- The cleaning brush has a sharp blade; keep it away from children.
Disassembling and Installing the Side Brush
Step 1: Turn the robot over, remove the screw with a screwdriver, and take out the side brush.
Step 2: Use the cleaning brush to remove hair and fibers from the side brush. Replacement every 3-6 months is recommended for effective cleaning.
Caution:
- Only use ROIDMI-supplied side brushes to avoid damaging the main unit.
- Be careful when using a screwdriver to avoid scratching yourself.
- Install left and right side brushes correctly onto their pins.
Disassembling and Installing the Dust Box + Water Tank (2 in 1) and Filter
Step 1: Press the release button to remove the dust box + water tank (2 in 1).
Step 2: Press the filter release button on the right to remove the filter.
Step 3: Empty the dust box by aligning it with a trash can and using the cleaning brush for corners.
Step 4: Rinse the dust box + water tank (2 in 1) with clean water. Air-dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinstalling.
Disassembling and Installing the Mop
Step 1: Remove the mopping module from the dust box + water tank (2 in 1), then remove the mop from the mopping module.
Step 2: Rinse the mop with clean water. Air-dry completely before reinstalling.
Caution:
- Only replace with a ROIDMI-supplied mop for effective cleaning.
- Remove and clean the mop to prevent dirty water backflow.
- Replace the mop every 3-6 months for effective cleaning.
Cleaning the Replacement Parts
Step 1: Clean the Sensors: Wipe the charging plates, laser distance sensor, edge sensors, infrared docking sensors, and TOF wall tracking sensor with a soft, clean cloth.
Step 2: Clean the Universal Wheel: Turn the robot over, pull out the universal wheel, clean hair and dirt from the wheel and axle. Wash with water, air-dry completely, and reinstall.
Step 3: Clean the Filter: Rinse the dust box filter with clean water. Air-dry completely before reinstalling.
Clean the Charging Dock (Optional)
Step 1: Clean the Charging Contact: Check for dirt on charging contacts and wipe them with a soft, clean cloth.
Caution:
- Use a dry cloth for cleaning sensors and contacts. Do not use a wet cloth to prevent water damage.
- Be careful when using a screwdriver to replace parts.
Clean the Dust Collector (Optional)
Step 1: Replace the Dust Bag: When the dust full indicator is constant on, replace the dust bag. Recommended replacement every 4 weeks.
Steps for replacing the dust bag: Open dust collector cover, pull dust bag handle up to remove, dispose of used bag, replace with new bag, close cover.
Step 2: Clean the Dust Channel: If the dust collector is not working and the dust bag is not full, disconnect power and check for blockages in the dust channel. Use a screwdriver to open the transparent cover and clear obstructions.
Step 3: Clean the Infrared Lens and Charging Contacts: Wipe with a soft, clean cloth.
Step 4: Clean the Fan Filter Bracket: Check for and remove any foreign objects or debris with a soft, clean cloth.
Caution:
- Use a dry cloth. Do not use a wet cloth to prevent water damage.
- Be careful when using a screwdriver to replace parts.
Troubleshooting
When an error occurs, the Power button indicator flashes quickly, and a voice prompt is heard. Refer to the table below.
Error Messages and Solutions
- Error 1: Check if the radar is obstructed or stuck. Move the main unit to a new location and start it. If the radar is obstructed, remove debris. Do not use outdoors under strong sunlight. If solutions fail, move the unit. Contact customer service if the alert continues.
- Error 2: Check if the bumper is stuck. Remove debris and tap the bumper to dislodge obstructions. If trapped due to insufficient space, move the unit. Contact customer service if the alert continues.
- Error 3: Wipe the edge sensor, move the main unit away from the edge, and start. If the unit is suspended, move it. Clean edge sensors regularly if dirty. Contact customer service if the alert continues.
- Error 4: Check if the main brush is stuck. Remove entangled hair, wires, or debris. Clean the floor. Regularly clean the main brush. Contact customer service if the alert continues.
- Error 5: Check if the side brushes are stuck. Remove entangled hair, wires, or debris. Clean the floor. Regularly clean the side brushes. Contact customer service if the alert continues.
- Error 6: Check if the driving wheel is stuck. Clean the wheel. Contact customer service if the alert continues.
- Error 7: Reinstall the dust box + water tank (2 in 1) and filter properly. Replace the filter if the error persists. Contact customer service if the alert continues.
- Error 8: Battery is too low. Charge the unit.
- Error 9: Cannot charge. Check connection to the dust collector. Use a dry cloth to clean charging contacts and plates.
- Error 10: Battery pack temperature is too high or too low. Try again later when the temperature is normal.
- Error 11: Check the wall tracking sensor. Wipe and clean it if covered by dust.
- Error 12: Place the main unit on level ground and start it if it's detected to be tilted.
- Error 13: Abnormal vacuum fan. Reset the system. Contact customer service if the alert continues.
- Error 14: Check if the top radar cover is stuck. Move the unit to a new location if stuck or under pressure.
- Error 15: Move the main unit away from forbidden areas and start it.
- Error 16: Cannot return to the charging dock. Remove obstacles within 1.5m of the dock.
- Error 17: Check if the dust bag is installed. Ensure it reaches the bottom of the charging dock. Contact customer service if the alert continues.
- Error 18: Dust bag is full. Replace with a new one. If not full, check for dust collector channel clogs. Contact customer service if the alert continues.
- Error 19: Clean the dust box + water tank (2 in 1) and filter if it has not been cleaned for a long time.
- Error 20: Clean the filter. Tip: Resetting the system can fix some errors.

Solution
- If battery power is insufficient, dock and fully charge. Use within 0-40°C.
- Ensure charging dock power cable is firmly plugged in. Clean charging contacts and plates if poor contact is detected.
- At extreme temperatures, the unit reduces charging speed to extend battery life. Clean charging contacts if dirty.
- Ensure clear space around the charging dock. Place the unit closer to the dock if far away.
- Restart the appliance.
- If main brush, side brush, or driving wheel is entangled, turn off and clean. If the universal wheel is dusty or jammed, remove and rinse it.
- If dust box is full, clean it. If filter is clogged, clean it. If main brush is entangled, clean it.
- Reset WiFi and try again if not activated. Ensure good WiFi signal or place unit within coverage. Reset WiFi and update the app if connection is abnormal. Check APP compatibility. Contact customer service if router settings are incorrect.
- Scheduled cleaning requires power level > 15%.
- Keeping the unit on the charging dock maintains optimal battery performance with low energy consumption.
- Lithium batteries have no memory effect; charge as needed.
- Check water tank level. Adjust water volume via APP. Ensure mop and holder are installed correctly.
- Ensure "Do Not Disturb" mode is off. The unit will not resume cleaning if docked via the Dock button or manually returned.
- The unit generates a new map after cleaning or moving. If the dock is far, manually return the unit to the dock to charge.
- Clean the wall tracking sensor or edge sensor if dirty.
