GENERAL These operating instructions belong to various LED candles (Art no: 67028-67039), as well as the remote control (Art no 67040) cm (hereinafter referred to only as ,,light") that can be purchased with them. It contains important information on commissioning and handling. Read the operating instructions carefully, especially the safety instructions, before using the lamp. Failure to comply with these operating instructions may result in serious injury or damage to the lamp. FIRST USE INSERT / CHANGE BATTERIES IN CANDLE 1. Open the battery compartment by turning the bottom of the candle counterclockwise. When doing so, observe the marking on the bottom. 2. Set the on/off switch of the candle to the OFF position. 3. Insert new AA batteries into the battery compartment. Pay attention to the polarity indications in the battery compartment. 4. When you are ready to turn on the candle, set the candle`s On/Off switch to the ON position. 5. Press the grooved part of the battery compartment lock inward and pull out the battery compartment at the same time, observing the drawing on the back of the remote control. 2. Insert a CR2025 button cell battery into the battery compartment. Pay attention to the polarity information on the back of the remote control. 3. Slide the battery compartment back into the remote control as far as it will go. When not in use, set the switch on the bottom of the LED candles to ,,OFF" to reduce power consumption and extend battery life. If the LED candles will not be used for a long time, please remove the batteries. SAFETY INSTRUCTION - Not suitable for children under 3 years. It is to be avoided that children change the batteries. - Please do not use battery which is not the same model. And pay attention to the polarity (+/-) when inserting the battery. - Do not throw the batteries into fire. - Batteries can be life-threatening if swallowed. Therefore, keep batteries out of reach of children. If a battery has been swallowed, medical assistance must be sought immediately. If a battery has leaked, avoid contact of skin, eyes and mucous membranes with the battery acid. It is corrosive and aggressive. In case of contact with battery acid, immediately rinse the affected areas with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention immediately. - Incorrect handling of the battery may cause the battery to overheat, burst, leak and/or explode. USING LED CANDLES WITHOUT REMOTE CONTROL - ON/OFF: Slide the switch to ON to turn on the candle. Slide the switch to the OFF position to turn it off. USE LED CANDLES WITH REMOTE CONTROL NOTICE: When controlling, be sure to point the Remote Control towards your candles. Turning On 1. slide the on/off switch of the candle to the ON position. 2.
