⚠️ Warning! Before proceeding with installation, read the safety information in the User Manual.
Appliance Dimensions
The washing machine has the following approximate physical dimensions:
- Maximum Width: 600 mm
- Maximum Height: 910 mm
- Depth: 400 mm
A minimum clearance of 10 mm is indicated for certain connections or positioning.
A diagram shows the front of the appliance with these dimensions. Another diagram illustrates the rear of the appliance with various connection points and hoses.
Tools and Preparation
Ensure you have the necessary tools, such as a wrench ?, before starting the installation process. The appliance needs to be unpacked and prepared for connection.
Mounting and Connections
Step 3: Mounting Brackets
Attach mounting brackets to the rear of the appliance using the provided screws and fasteners. ⚠️ Pay close attention to the correct placement and type of hardware as shown in the illustration.
Step 4: Connecting Hoses
Connect the necessary water hoses to the appliance at the designated connection points, labeled '1' and '2'. ⚠️ Ensure all connections are secure and correctly aligned to prevent leaks.
Step 5: Securing the Appliance
Position the appliance correctly and secure it to prevent movement during operation. The instructions show correct methods (indicated by a checkmark ✔️) and incorrect methods (indicated by crosses ❌), such as tilting or not securing the unit properly. Stability is crucial for safe operation.
Step 6: Water Inlet Connection
Connect the water inlet hose to the water supply. The diagram indicates a 90° angle for the connection. Specific fittings may be required depending on the region, with illustrations showing 3/4" and 1/2" connections associated with country codes FI, SE, NO, DK.
Step 7: Drainage Installation
7a & 7b: Connect the drain hose to the sink trap or a suitable drainage point. Ensure the connection is secure and prevents water leakage. Avoid kinking the hose. The diagrams compare correct (✔️) and incorrect (❌) ways to connect the drain hose to a sink trap, emphasizing proper positioning to prevent siphoning or backflow.
7c: The drain hose must be installed at a specific height range: minimum 700 mm and maximum 1000 mm from the floor.
7d: An illustration also shows a correct connection (✔️) for a bidet shower.
Step 8: Water Supply Requirements
The water supply pressure must be within the specified range: minimum 0.5 bar (0.05 MPa) and maximum 10 bar (1.0 MPa). The water inlet hose should not exceed a maximum length of approximately 4000 mm. Ensure the drain hose is also correctly positioned with a height between 700 mm and 1000 mm, as previously noted.
