Cooking advice
General advice:
- Use fan-assisted functions for consistent cooking on multiple levels.
- Increasing temperature does not shorten cooking times and can lead to overcooking outside and undercooking inside.
Advice for cooking meat:
- Cooking times vary with food thickness, quality, and personal taste.
- Use a meat thermometer or press the roast to check readiness.
Advice for cooking with the Grill and Fan with grill:
- Meat can be grilled in a cold or preheated oven for different effects.
- Preheat the oven before grilling with fan-assisted grill.
- Place food in the centre of the rack.
- Set the Grill function to maximum temperature for optimal cooking.
Advice for cooking desserts/pastries and biscuits:
- Use dark metal moulds for better heat absorption.
- Temperature and cooking time depend on dough quality.
- Check dessert readiness by inserting a toothpick into the highest point; if it doesn't stick, it's cooked.
- If a dessert collapses, reduce the set temperature by approximately 10°C and increase cooking time.
Mini guide to accessories
- Rack: Use as a support surface for baking moulds/casseroles. Can be used as a base for grilling if the baking tray grill is absent, with the deep baking tray below to collect juices.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Cleaning the appliance
Clean surfaces regularly after use and once cooled.
- Ordinary daily cleaning: Use specific non-abrasive products without chlorine-based acids. Apply to a damp cloth, wipe, rinse, and dry with a soft cloth or microfibre cloth.
- Food stains or residues: Do not use steel sponges or sharp scrapers. Use non-abrasive products and wooden/plastic tools. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not allow sugary food residues to set, as they can damage the enamel.
Cleaning the door
Door disassembly:
- Open the door fully and insert two pins into the hinge holes.
- Grasp the door with both hands, lift at a 30° angle, and remove it.
- To reassemble, insert hinges into slots, ensuring grooved sections align. Lower the door and remove pins.
Cleaning the door glazing: Use absorbent kitchen roll. For stubborn dirt, use a damp sponge and ordinary detergent.
Removing the internal glass panes:
- Lock the door with pins.
- Gently pull the internal glass pane upwards from the rear, following arrow movements.
- Release front pins following arrow movements.
- Remove the inner glass pane from the front profile.
- Remove the intermediate glass unit by lifting it upwards. (Some models may have two intermediate glasses).
- Clean the external glass pane and removed panes.
- Use absorbent kitchen roll or a damp sponge with neutral detergent for stubborn dirt.
- Reinsert the intermediate glass unit and reposition the inner glass.
- Ensure the 4 pins of the inner glass fit into their seats.
Cleaning the oven cavity
- Clean regularly after cooling down.
- Avoid letting food residue dry, as it can damage the enamel.
- Remove all removable parts before cleaning (door, rack/tray support frames).
- If using specific cleaning products, run the oven at maximum temperature for 15-20 minutes to eliminate residue.
Drying: Moisture is normal after cooking. After each cooking session:
- Let the appliance cool down.
- Remove any dirt.
- Dry the interior with a soft cloth.
- Leave the door open until the interior is completely dry.
Removing racks/trays support frames
To remove frames:
- Pull the frame inwards to unhook from groove A, then slide out of seats B.
- Repeat in reverse to reassemble.
On pizza models only:
- Remove pizza stone cover (1) and base (2). Lift the base slightly and pull outwards.
- Lift the lower heating element (3) and clean the oven base.
- Reinsert the pizza stone base, pushing it in and down until the heating element plate is embedded.
Cleaning the pizza stone
- Wash separately. Clean after every use. Do not reheat if encrusted.
- Pour 50 cc of vinegar onto the stone, let sit for 10 minutes, then wipe with a metallic mesh or abrasive sponge. Rinse and dry.
- Remove burnt-on dirt with a metal spatula or scraper.
- For best results, clean the stone while warm; otherwise, use hot water.
- Use metal mesh sponges or abrasive pads with lemon or vinegar.
- Never use detergents.
- Never wash in the dishwasher.
- Never leave the stone to soak.
- The damp stone must not be used for at least 8 hours after cleaning.
- Slight cracks may appear over time due to normal expansion; this is normal.
Vapor Clean (on some models only)
This is an assisted cleaning procedure using heat and water vapour to soften dirt for easier removal.
Preliminary operations:
- Remove all accessories and rack/tray support frames.
- Remove self-cleaning panels if installed.
- Pour approx. 120 cc of water onto the oven bottom, ensuring it doesn't overflow.
- Spray a water and washing-up liquid solution inside the oven, directing it towards walls, upwards, downwards, and towards the deflector (if not self-cleaning). Repeat spraying approx. 20 times.
- Close the door.
For models with pizza stone:
- Place the cover in the oven base instead of the pizza stone.
- Place a tray on the first shelf.
- Pour approx. 120 cc of water into the tray.
- Spray the oven interior as described above (approx. 20 times).
- Close the door.
Vapor Clean cycle setting:
- Set cooking time to 18 minutes using the digital programmer.
- Turn the function knob to the [Vapor Clean symbol].
- Turn the temperature knob to the [Temperature symbol].
The cycle starts shortly after. The timer will deactivate heating elements, a buzzer will sound, and the programmer clock numbers will flash.
Vapor Clean End:
- Turn the function knob to 0 to exit.
- Open the door and wipe away less stubborn dirt with a microfibre cloth.
- Use a non-scratch sponge with brass filaments for hard deposits.
- Use specific oven cleaning products for grease residues.
- Remove residual water.
- Replace self-cleaning panels and rack/tray support frames if fitted.
For hygiene and to avoid odours:
- Dry the oven interior with a fan-assisted function at 160°C for about 10 minutes.
- If self-cleaning panels are fitted, dry with a simultaneous catalytic cycle.
- Wear rubber gloves for these operations.
- Consider removing the door for easier cleaning of hard-to-reach parts.
Extraordinary maintenance
Seal maintenance tips
- The seal should remain soft and elastic.
- To keep the seal clean, use a non-abrasive sponge and lukewarm water.
INSTALLATION
Replacing the internal light bulb
⚠️ Power voltage - Danger of electrocution:
- Unplug the appliance.
