Electrolux "Your Kitchen with Extended Warranty" Promotion Regulation

1. General Provisions

The organizer of the "Your Kitchen with Extended Warranty" promotion (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") is Electrolux Poland sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Karolkowa 30, 01-207 Warsaw, registered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000029692, NIP: 5210084388, with a share capital of PLN 272,731,500.00, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".

Activities related to the current service of the Promotion are carried out by Grupa 3 Spółka z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością Agencja Reklamowa sp.k. (formerly Grupa 3 Agencja Reklamowa Jasonek sp.j.) with its registered office in Krakow, at ul. Chocimska 35 lok. 2, 30-057 Krakow, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Krakow-Śródmieście in Krakow, XI Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000595708, NIP: 6772355485, acting on behalf and for the benefit of the Organizer, hereinafter referred to as the "Coordinator".

This regulation (hereinafter: "Regulation") constitutes the content of the Organizer's public promise within the meaning of art. 919 of the Civil Code.

The Promotion covers products referred to in points 2.1-2.2, purchased as part of a retail purchase during the Promotion period, i.e., from July 1, 2016 (inclusive) to March 31, 2017 (inclusive). The purchase date of a product covered by the Promotion is determined by the date shown on the proof of purchase for that product (fiscal receipt or invoice).

The Promotion is organized on the territory of the Republic of Poland and applies to the retail purchase of Electrolux built-in appliances covered by the Promotion in kitchen studios. A "kitchen studio" is considered a custom kitchen furniture design studio located in the Republic of Poland, which carries out activities related to designing custom kitchen furniture with appropriate arrangement, installation, and the possibility of equipping kitchens with Electrolux products covered by the Promotion, as well as retail sales of such products to end customers (hereinafter: "Kitchen Studio").

The Promotion can be combined with other promotions concerning the products referred to in the Regulation, organized by the Organizer ("Electrolux Poland" sp. z o.o.) or commissioned by it, unless the terms of such promotions specify otherwise.

2. Participation Conditions

The Promotion covers all Electrolux built-in appliance models listed in Annex No. 1 to the Regulation (hereinafter: "Products" or "Promotional Products").

The Organizer may extend the list of Products covered by the Promotion to include additional models introduced for sale during the Promotion period.

The Promotion is intended for natural persons, legal persons, and organizational units with legal capacity, who meet all the following conditions (hereinafter: "Participants"):

• a) Reside or have their registered office within the territory of the Republic of Poland;
• b) In the case of natural persons – have reached the age of 18 and possess full legal capacity;
• c) During the Promotion period specified in point 1.4 of the Regulation, have purchased at least 2 (two) Promotional Products in a Kitchen Studio (the purchase does not have to be a single transaction or made in one Kitchen Studio);
• d) Have retained the original(s) of the proof(s) of purchase for all Promotional Products submitted within the Promotion (fiscal receipt or invoice);
• e) Within the period from July 1, 2016 (inclusive) to April 7, 2017 (inclusive), have registered their participation in the Promotion according to the rules specified in point 3.1 and subsequent points of the Regulation.

Owners (co-owners), partners, or persons employed in any legal form (based on an employment contract, civil law contract, etc.) in a Kitchen Studio selling Promotional Products, in the Organizer's or Coordinator's enterprise, as well as their immediate family members, cannot participate in the Promotion.

Immediate family members referred to in point 2.4 above are understood as: ascendants, descendants, siblings, spouses, siblings' spouses, parents-in-law, and persons in an adoptive relationship.

Participation in the Promotion and providing related data is entirely voluntary.

3. Participation Registration

Registration for the Promotion is accepted from the start date of the Promotion (July 1, 2016), during its duration, and within 7 (seven) days after its conclusion (i.e., until April 7, 2017, inclusive).

Registration for the Promotion takes place online, via the electronic registration form available on the Organizer's website: www.electrolux.pl/promocje.

When registering participation in the Promotion, the Participant must provide the following on the form referred to in point 3.1:

• a) For natural persons not conducting business activity – first name, surname, Polish address for correspondence (locality, street, house or apartment number, postal code);
• b) For other entities (natural persons conducting business activity, legal persons, organizational units without legal personality, to whom the law grants legal capacity) – full name (company name), Polish address for correspondence (locality, street, house or apartment number, postal code), NIP, and the first name and surname of the person authorized to act on behalf of such entity within the Promotion;
• c) Contact phone number and contact email address;
• d) Details of each Promotional Product submitted: model, serial number, and Product number (PNC), as well as the proof of purchase (fiscal receipt or invoice);
• e) Information about the Kitchen Studio where the Promotional Product was purchased (name and address).

The form mentioned above must also include a legible scan or clear digital photograph of the proof of purchase (fiscal receipt or invoice) for each Product submitted for the Promotion, attached using the provided mechanism. The attached file should not exceed 2 (two) MB (if more than one file is attached, their total size should not exceed 14 (fourteen) MB). For participation in the Promotion, it is required that the Participant retains the original of each proof of purchase mentioned above.

The data contained in the documents referred to in point 3.4 must be consistent with the data provided by the Participant in accordance with point 3.3 above.

To complete the registration, it is necessary to provide all the above data and submit the scan(s) or photograph(s) of the proof of purchase for all submitted Products.

To complete the registration, the Participant must confirm and send the form referred to in point 3.2, containing all data indicated in point 3.3 and the attachment(s) referred to in point 3.4. Immediately after the Organizer's IT system receives the registration, a unique number (hereinafter referred to as the "Identification Number") is automatically assigned.

The Identification Number is displayed on the Organizer's website immediately after submitting the registration and is also sent to the email address provided in the registration. The moment of registration for the Promotion is the moment the Identification Number is assigned.

A Participant who has registered for the Promotion will receive confirmation of registration in the Promotion (along with the Identification Number) via email, as well as information about the verification of the registration's correctness.

The verification of the registration is carried out by the Coordinator and lasts up to 14 (fourteen) days from the date of registration for the Promotion. Information about the verification result is sent to the Participant via the email address provided in their registration.

In case the Coordinator identifies any deficiencies in the registration data specified in points 3.3 or 3.4 that can be supplemented, the Coordinator will request the Participant, via email, to supplement the registration within 7 (seven) days of the request, under penalty of the registration being deemed incorrect and the prize being denied.

Registration may be deemed incorrect and the prize denied if the registration data or attached proof of purchase for the purchased Product is identical to data or proof of purchase submitted by another person for the same product. In the case of registration using the same product data or the same proof of purchase by different individuals, the Organizer will verify whether the registrants possess the original document for the purchased product, which is necessary for participation in the Promotion. Refusal to provide such original document for inspection by the Organizer or a person acting on behalf of the Organizer will result in disqualification from participation.

A registration made using a forged or altered document, as referred to in point 3.4, will also be considered incorrect. If there is suspicion of using a forged or altered document for the Promotion registration, the Organizer has the right to request the registrant to present the original document, whose scan or digital photograph was sent as part of the registration, for verification. Refusal to provide such original document for inspection by the Organizer or a person acting on behalf of the Organizer will result in disqualification from participation.

Using a forged or altered document in the Promotion is grounds for exclusion from participation. In case of exclusion of a Participant from the Promotion for this reason, the Organizer has the right to revoke the extended warranty and cancel the document confirming this warranty.

Each Participant has the right to participate in the Promotion multiple times. In each registration, a Participant may, according to the Regulation, register up to 7 (seven) Promotional Products at a time.

Participants may not transfer their right to participate in the Promotion to third parties.

4. Extended Warranty

A Participant who purchases Promotional Products during the Promotion period and correctly registers their participation in the Promotion, according to the rules specified in point 3.1 and subsequent points of the Regulation, will receive an extended warranty certificate ("Certificate") for each registered Promotional Product after successful verification, whereby:

• a) If the Promotion registration covers the purchase of 2 (two) Promotional Products by the Participant at one time, the standard two-year warranty period for each of these Promotional Products is extended by 2 (two) years, meaning the extended warranty for each of these Promotional Products will be a total of 4 (four) years;
• b) If the Promotion registration covers the purchase of 3 (three) or more Promotional Products by the Participant at one time (including point 3.15 above), the standard two-year warranty period for each of these Promotional Products is extended by 3 (three) years, meaning the extended warranty for each of these Promotional Products will be a total of 5 (five) years.

A separate Certificate will be issued for each Promotional Product correctly registered for the Promotion.

In case of exchange or return of a Promotional Product after receiving the Certificate, regardless of the legal basis for the return, including under warranty or guarantee, the extended warranty expires. In case of exchange or return after receiving the Certificate, the Participant must return the Certificate along with the returned Promotional Product. If the exchange or return occurs before the Certificate is issued, the Certificate will not be issued to the Participant.

The detailed terms of the extended warranty are specified in the "Warranty Terms for Promotion Participants", which constitute Annex No. 2 to the Regulation. The warranty terms for Promotion Participants correspond to the standard warranty terms, with the exception of the extended warranty period.

The pool of Certificates within the Promotion is unlimited.

5. Certificate Issuance

Certificates will be issued to eligible Participants within 21 (twenty-one) days from the date of successful verification of the registration for the Promotion.

Certificates will be sent to Participants at the Organizer's expense, via registered mail, to the address in the Republic of Poland indicated in the registration form. The Participant confirms receipt of the Certificate by their own signature or, in such cases, by the signature of a person authorized to receive correspondence on behalf of the Participant. The Organizer reserves the right to ask the person delivering the prize to show the Participant's original proof of purchase, a scan or photograph of which was sent as part of the registration for the Promotion.

In case of non-receipt of the Certificate by the Participant, despite two successful delivery notifications and the return of the shipment to the Coordinator, the prize will not be issued to the Participant.

The value of a Certificate for a 2-year extended warranty is PLN 180 gross, while the value of a Certificate for a 3-year extended warranty is PLN 250 gross. Certificates are not exchangeable for cash or other benefits.

Certificates will be issued in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

6. Complaint Procedure

Complaints regarding the Promotion can be submitted in writing to the Coordinator's address: Grupa 3 Spółka z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością Agencja Reklamowa sp.k., ul. Chocimska 35 lok. 2, 30-057 Krakow, with the annotation "Your Kitchen with Extended Warranty" (although this annotation is not mandatory), or via email to: gwarancjaelectrolux@promocja-electrolux.pl, with the email subject: "Your Kitchen with Extended Warranty" (although this subject line is not mandatory), by June 19, 2017. For postal submissions, the date of the postmark determines compliance with the deadline.

A complaint should include the first name, surname, or company name of the entity submitting the complaint, the exact address, as well as the reason for the complaint and, if possible, the content of the request.

The Organizer will consider complaints based on the Regulation and the provisions of generally applicable Polish law.

A response to a complaint will be provided in a manner corresponding to the method of submitting the complaint, i.e., by registered letter to the address provided in the complaint or via email, to the email address provided in the complaint or from which the complaint was sent, within 21 (twenty-one) days from the date of receiving the complaint.

7. Final Provisions

The administrator of personal data provided by Promotion Participants is "Electrolux Poland" sp. z o.o., with its registered office at: ul. Karolkowa 30, 01-207 Warsaw. The data is processed for the purpose of carrying out the Promotion, including handling potential complaints and issuing Certificates. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for participation in the Promotion. Individuals whose data is processed have the right to access their data and correct it.

The Regulation is available on the Organizer's website www.electrolux.pl/promocje (including for download in PDF format) and at the Organizer's registered office. The Regulation is also available for inspection in Kitchen Studios that sell Promotional Products.

Annex No. 1 to the Promotion Regulation of March 23, 2017

The provisions set forth in this annex (hereinafter: "Annex") starting with a capital letter have the meaning assigned to them in the "Your Kitchen with Extended Warranty" Promotion Regulation.

By decision of the Organizer, the duration of the Promotion, referred to in point 1.4 of the Regulation, is extended until September 30, 2017 (inclusive).

The period for accepting registrations for the Promotion, referred to in point 2.3 letter e and point 3.1 of the Regulation, is extended until October 7, 2017.

The deadline for submitting complaints regarding the Promotion, referred to in point 6.1 of the Regulation, is extended until December 19, 2017.

Other provisions of the Regulation remain unchanged.

The Annex constitutes an integral part of the Promotion Regulation.

Annex No. 2 to the Promotion Regulation of June 7, 2017

By decision of the Organizer, the Promotion covers the following additional products: model ESL7845RA (dishwasher), model EVY0841BAX (oven), if purchased during the Promotion period (including the period before the announcement of this Annex).

Other provisions of the Regulation remain unchanged.

The Annex constitutes an integral part of the Promotion Regulation.

Annex No. 3 to the Promotion Regulation of June 20, 2017

By decision of the Organizer, the Promotion covers the following additional products: model EVY5841BOX (oven), model EMT25207OB (microwave), model EHL6740IAZ (hob), model EHI6732FOZ (hob), model EHI6740FOZ (hob), model EHL6540FOS (hob), model E6454FOK (hob), model EGH7353S1X (hob), model EGH6343RON (hob), model EGH6343ROR (hob), model EAT1AX (rapid freezing device), model ERW1573AOA (refrigerator), model ERW0673AOA (refrigerator), model ERW0273AOA (refrigerator), model EFP60424OX (hood), model EN6086JOX (refrigerator-freezer), model EN3790MFX (refrigerator-freezer), model EN3790MOX (refrigerator-freezer), model EN3790MOW (refrigerator-freezer), model EN3390MOX (refrigerator-freezer), if purchased during the Promotion period (including the period before the announcement of this Annex).

Other provisions of the Regulation remain unchanged.

Correction of August 9, 2017

On August 9, 2017, this Promotion regulation was corrected by removing the Electrolux dishwasher with model designation ESL8336RO, mistakenly listed in Annex No. 1. We inform you that the indicated product was not and will not be available in kitchen studios where, according to point 1.5 of the regulation, purchases of Electrolux built-in products qualifying for participation in the Promotion can be made.

Annex No. 4 to the Promotion Regulation of September 29, 2017

By decision of the Organizer, the duration of the Promotion, referred to in point 1.4 of the Regulation, is extended until December 31, 2017 (inclusive).

The period for accepting registrations for the Promotion, referred to in point 2.3 letter e and point 3.1 of the Regulation, is extended until January 7, 2018.

The deadline for submitting complaints regarding the Promotion, referred to in point 6.1 of the Regulation, is extended until March 21, 2018.

Additionally, the Promotion covers the following Products: model EDH3498RDE (dryer), model EDH3989TPW (dryer), model EW9H378SP (dryer), model EW8H358SP (dryer), if purchased during the Promotion period (including the period before the announcement of this Annex).

Other provisions of the Regulation remain unchanged.

Warranty Terms

This warranty is issued in connection with and under the terms provided in the "Your Kitchen with Extended Warranty" Promotion Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion).

1. Electrolux Poland Sp. z o.o. warrants that the purchased appliance is free from physical and legal defects. In the event of physical or legal defects appearing in the Product during the warranty period and within the scope defined by this document, Electrolux undertakes to rectify them in a manner dependent on the nature of the defect.
2. Any discovered defect will be rectified at the warrantor's expense within 14 days from the date of reporting the damage to an authorized Electrolux Poland service point.
3. In exceptional cases requiring the import of spare parts from the manufacturer, the repair time may be extended up to 30 days.
4. The warranty period for the appliance user is a total of 4 or 5 years, depending on the Promotion Regulation guidelines, counted from the date of purchase of the appliance.
5. The appliance is intended for use exclusively in individual household conditions.
6. The warranty does not cover: damage resulting from the use of the appliance contrary to the operating instructions, mechanical, chemical, or thermal damage, damage caused by external forces such as power surges, atmospheric discharge, repairs and modifications made by companies or persons not authorized by Electrolux Poland, parts subject to natural wear and tear such as: light bulbs, fuses, filters, knobs.
7. The customer is entitled to a replacement of the appliance with a new one if, after four repairs performed during the warranty period, the defects persist. A repair is understood as performing specialized tasks appropriate for rectifying the defect by an entity authorized by Electrolux. The concept of repair does not include: installation, instruction, equipment maintenance, or correction of mechanical or electrical connections.
8. The replacement of the appliance is carried out by an authorized Electrolux Poland service point or, if impossible, by the retail outlet where the equipment was purchased. The equipment returned after replacement must be complete, without mechanical damage. Failure to meet these conditions may result in the warranty not being recognized.
9. The installation of appliances requiring specialized connection to the gas or electrical network may only be performed by persons with appropriate qualifications, under penalty of losing the warranty.
10. Electrolux Poland bears no responsibility for damage resulting from improper installation of the appliance or repairs performed by unauthorized persons.
11. Costs of unjustified service calls are covered by the customer.
12. This warranty does not exclude, limit, or suspend the buyer's rights arising from the provisions on warranty for defects of the sold item.
13. This warranty is valid in Poland.
14. The condition for carrying out repairs or replacement of the appliance under warranty is the presentation of proof of purchase with the clearly written date of sale, confirmed by the seller's stamp and signature, as well as the presentation of the original warranty document.
15. Note: damage to or removal of the appliance's rating plate may result in the warranty not being recognized.
