Find Earbuds
The "Find Earbuds" feature allows you to play a sound on your lost earbuds to help locate them.
To locate your earbuds:
- Open the HONOR AI Space app and navigate to the details page of your earbuds.
- Select "Find Earbuds" and then tap "Start finding". Play a sound on the earbuds as guided by the on-screen instructions.

Auto-reconnect
In an open and distraction-free environment, the optimal range for music and calls is 10 meters. Beyond this range, the earbuds may stutter, become silent, or disconnect. They will automatically reconnect if you return to the optimal range (10m) within a reasonable time.
If Auto-reconnect fails, try the following:
- Turn off and then turn on Bluetooth on your phone/tablet, and re-pair the earbuds.
- Place the earbuds in the charging case, close the lid, and then reopen it.
- On your phone/tablet, go to the Bluetooth settings, find the earbuds in the paired list, and tap the device name to re-establish the connection.

Health Instructions
Earbuds are in contact with your skin when worn. Proper use ensures comfort, optimal sound quality, and noise cancellation.
- Prolonged use of earbuds at high volume can damage your hearing. It is recommended not to use earbuds for more than 60 minutes at a time, and keep the volume below 60% of the maximum. Remove earbuds when sleeping.
- Irritating substances like sweat, soapy water, or skincare products on the earbuds can cause skin irritation. Keep your wireless earbuds and skin clean and dry to prevent long-term damage.
- If you experience itching, redness, or other signs of irritation, stop using the earbuds, clean them, and observe if the discomfort resolves. If discomfort persists, consult a doctor before continuing use.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning (recommended weekly) ensures better product performance (sound quality, noise reduction, call clarity) and helps prevent ear canal issues.
You can use alcohol or disinfectant to clean the earbud surfaces. To prevent moisture ingress, avoid using damp cloths on charging contacts, charging ports, speaker mesh, air outlets, or microphones.
Cleaning the Charging Case, Charging Port, and Charging Contacts:
- Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the charging case. If necessary, wipe the external surface with 70% alcohol. Ensure the charging case is naturally dried before placing earbuds back.
- Use a clean, dry, soft-bristled brush to remove any crumbs from the charging port.
- Use a clean, dry, pointed cotton swab to gently wipe the surface of the charging contacts on the charging case.
- Do not use damp cloths or excessive force, which could deform or damage the contact points inside the charging case.
If your earbuds have been exposed to sweat, body wash, shampoo, or other liquids, or worn during exercise, ensure their surfaces and charging contacts are clean and dry before placing them back into the charging case.
Cleaning the Sound Hole, Air Outlet, and Microphones: Use a clean, dry, pointed cotton swab to gently brush out dirt and earwax from the holes or mesh, then wipe clean with a soft cloth.
