Installation Specifications
- Measure the height, width, and depth of the opening, including baseboards, molding, tile, countertop overhang, etc. Ensure sufficient clearance for door opening, considering walls, islands, or other obstacles.
- Refer to dimension illustrations for detailed measurements.
- Allow 3.75" clearance on the hinge side when installing next to a wall where the handle might make contact.
- Allow a minimum of 2" clearance at the rear for proper air circulation and water/electrical connections. A 3/8" minimum clearance is required at the sides and top for ease of installation.
- Ensure each door and entryway is wide enough for the refrigerator to be moved through easily.
For optimal usage and complete door opening, avoid installing next to a wall.
