TIG Welding Setup

1. Access the e-Manual: Scan the QR code or visit the provided URL for the full digital manual.

   Available for Standard TTB / THP and Small Handle TTB / THP torch configurations.

2. Connect Torch and Ground Clamp: Connect the TIG torch to the positive (+) terminal and the ground clamp to the negative (-) terminal on the welding machine.

3. Connect Gas Supply: Connect the gas hose from the gas cylinder, via a pressure regulator, to the gas inlet on the welding machine.

4. Connect Power Cable: Plug the welding machine's power cable into a suitable electrical outlet.

5. Secure Torch Connection: Ensure the TIG torch is securely attached to the machine's output connection.

6. Set Gas Pressure: Adjust the gas cylinder regulator to the recommended pressure, typically a maximum of 5 bar (72 psi).

7. Connect Power (MultiVoltage): For MultiVoltage models, connect the appropriate power cable.

8. Safety Check: Observe correct welding posture and safety equipment (✔️). Avoid incorrect postures or unsafe setups (❌).

9. Final Power Connection: Plug the main power cord into the wall socket.

10. Torch Rotation: Verify that the torch connection allows for 360-degree rotation for flexibility during welding.

STICK Welding Setup

1. Prepare Connections: Ensure the electrode holder and ground clamp are ready for connection.

2. Connect Electrode Holder and Ground Clamp: Connect the electrode holder to the positive (+) terminal and the ground clamp to the negative (-) terminal of the welding machine.

3. Connect Power (MultiVoltage): For MultiVoltage models, connect the appropriate power cable.

4. Safety Check: Observe correct welding posture and safety equipment (✔️). Avoid incorrect postures or unsafe setups (❌).

5. Connect Power: Plug the welding machine's power cable into a suitable electrical outlet.
