E888.3 ARP 625+ Head Stud Kit Installation Instructions
1. Ensure thread bores in the block are clean of fluid and debris 2. Install the head studs into the block and use a 4mm allen to bottom them out.
Install hand tight. 3. Install head gasket & cylinder head. 4. Ensure the faces on the cylinder head where the washers will sit are clean of
fluid and debris. 5. Place the washers over the studs. 6. Lubricate the threads on each head stud, and the bottom of each nut, with the
included ARP Ultra-Torque Fastener Assembly Lubricant. 7. Install the nuts onto the studs and tighten them hand tight. 8. Following the recommended torque sequence below, tighten the nuts in three
passes:
Tighten nuts 1-10 to 40 ft. Lbs Tighten nuts 1-10 to 70 ft. Lbs Tighten nuts 1-10 to 95 ft. Lbs
