Dynamic Learning
How can we ensure that students with hearing loss can hear and participate in a vibrant school environment filled with laughter, learning, and lively discussions?
Nearly 90% of a child's school day is spent listening in noise¹.
Key Benefits of Roger
- Increases the signal-to-noise ratio
- Keeps the teacher's voice above the noise

Real-Life Experiences with Roger
Dr. Carrie Spangler
An educational audiologist with over 25 years of experience in audiology, working with children with hearing loss with a focus on the educational environment. See her testimonials here.
I have been working with Roger products since 2013, transitioning from FM to Roger in schools. Roger changed how we handle frequency interference by using Adaptive Frequency Hopping technology in the license-free 2.4 GHz ISM band. This innovation made our work as educational audiologists much easier, as it provided a reliable signal we could count on.
With Roger Unlimited, I can now easily give all students using Phonak and AB devices access to Roger, without the hassle of keeping track of receiver serial numbers or lost equipment. This, again, is a significant improvement in my workflow.
The ability to add multiple microphones for students with multiple teachers or special educators, along with the possibility to integrate a classroom sound distribution system (Digimaster) for a better signal-to-noise ratio, makes Roger an obvious technology solution.
The consistent sound quality, ease of use, and the positive effect on the signal-to-noise ratio make Roger an indispensable tool for success in school.

Melissa Hyder
Melissa discovers the Roger MultiTalker Network feature in school. Read what she thinks about it here.
Melissa Hyder is the mother of two children with hearing loss. The first time she came into contact with Roger was when her son, Ayden, started preschool. Despite the benefits of Roger, she felt worried because her son's preschool had two teachers, and she was afraid he would miss out on all the teaching that happened when the main teacher worked with the other children.
To her surprise, Roger allowed connection to a second speaker. This means that while the teacher can wear the microphone, a co-teacher or teaching assistant can also use a Roger microphone.
"My son had access to both speakers, which increased access to sound and learning in the classroom."
