When the hearing aid is out of order, do not dismantle it without authorization. The damage caused by dismantling the hearing aid will not be covered by the warranty. Attention: Do not submerge hearing aids in water. Repair When the hearing aid is out of order, please refer to the methods described in the "(Hearing aid/Charge Box)Breakdown Self Check" table in this manual. If you still cannot solve the problem in accordance with these methods, send the whole set of hearing aids back to the company for repair. Please describe the hearing aid malfunction in as much detail as possible. Include your name, address, and contact phone number so that we can contact you and provide services. Hearing aids are fragile electronic products. Pack them properly when shipping. If necessary, you can ask the shipping company to pack it for you.
