Start up
· Before filling always check that the sprayer shoulder straps are properly positioned and adjusted so that the sprayer sits comfortably on your back.
· Attach the appropriate spray tip for the required spray pattern. · Unscrew the fill plug, but do not remove the internal strainer. · Fill the tank with the required liquid to the required level. Do not exceed the "MAX"
fill level in the tank. · Replace the fill cap and tighten. Make sure all other accessories are tight before
use. · Pressurize the sprayer by pumping the lever 6 to 8 times. Stop pumping if it
becomes difficult to pump as you don't want to overpressurize. · Start spraying by holding down the trigger. For continuous spraying, the trigger
can be locked. · Continue to use the pump lever in a steady motion to maintain pressure on the
sprayer pump while spraying.
Cleaning and storage
Cleaning
For the longevity of the sprayer, follow these instructions after each use:
· Release pressure by trigger. · Empty any leftover content safely.
Note: Even if the tank is empty, there may be residual liquid in the pump chamber. Empty the chamber by locking the trigger and continuously pumping the lever several times.
· Fill the tank 1/4 full with clean water. · Pressurize and then hold the trigger to empty the entire tank through the nozzle. · Thoroughly rinse all components with clean water.
3

· Periodically clean the in-line filter inside the trigger to avoid blockages. This can be done by unscrewing the hose from the trigger and pulling the filter out of the trigger handle.
· Rinse with clean water and reattach the trigger to the lever, squeezing firmly.
Storage
· Do not store with the contents in the tank. This will destroy the sprayer mechanism.
· Do not store pressurized. Lift the relief valve to relieve pressure. · Store out of sunlight.
Problem solving

Problem
Poor spray pattern or sprayer will not spray Note: Blockages are the most common reason for
sprayer failure.
Air or liquid leak around the pump assembly
Sprayer does not pressurize
Hose is leaking at tank or trigger
Nozzle tip is leaking
Sprayer starts spraying when pumping

Possible cause
1. Check the nozzle to see if it is blocked
2. Inspect the trigger, lance, hose, and pickup
tube for obstructions.
1. Dirt in pump or cylinder gasket. 2. Check that the gasket is not worn or damaged.
1. Verify that the pressure chamber is
installed correctly 2. Check the O-ring and
gaskets 1. Is the hose loose? 2. Check the hose for
cracks or holes. 3. Check that the hose
fittings are not damaged.
1. Check that the nozzle tip is tight
2. Check the nozzle tip for damage.

1. Trigger lock activated 2. Dirt around the trigger

Solution 1. Remove the mouthpiece and clean it 2. Remove and remove any obstructions from the trigger, lance, hose, and pickup tube. 3. Remove the in-line filter from the trigger and
clean it. 1. Clean the gasket and the surface of the pump cylinder and tank where
the gasket sits. 2. Replace the gasket if it is worn or damaged. 1. Reinstall the pressure
chamber 2. Replace the O-ring and gaskets if they are missing or damaged.
1. Tighten the hose nuts 2. Replace the hose 3. Replace o-rings or accessories
