The box contains the following items:

Power On the Floodlight Camera Indoors
- Connect the Floodlight Camera to a power source. Wait for 1 minute or until the LED indicator blinks red.
Get the Eufy Security App and Setup the Camera
Download the Eufy Security app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
Log in or sign up for a Eufy Security account, then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

Tip: Make sure you can livestream video from the Floodlight Camera before mounting it outdoors.
Mount Floodlight Camera Outdoors
Step 1: Unplug Floodlight Camera.
Unscrew the power cord; wire nuts will be used later. The power cord is not required for mounting.
Step 3: Shut down the circuit breaker.
Shut down the circuit breaker in your house. Test the lights to ensure the electricity is off.

Step 4: Remove old fixture and install mounting plate.
Remove the old Floodlight from the junction box and install the mounting plate to the junction box. The junction box and existing electrical wires are required for installation.
Note: The concaved side of the mounting plate must face outwards.
Step 5: Select installation method.
You can hang the Floodlight Camera upside down or install it vertically on the wall. Choose the method that best suits your junction box position.

Step 6: Hang Floodlight Camera.
Hang the Floodlight Camera on the junction box using the provided hook.
For upside-down installation, turn the camera down to the end when it's placed vertically, then turn the camera 180° clockwise.

Step 7: Secure the camera.
Insert the central screw through the center of the Floodlight Camera and screw it tightly. Use the central screw cap to cover the central screw to prevent rusting.
Step 8: Adjust camera angle.
After installation, turn the camera knobs to adjust the camera to your desired angle.
Step 9: Power on and check status.
- Switch on the main circuit breaker.
- Check if the LED indicator is solid white to confirm the Floodlight Camera is operating.
❗ If your Floodlight Camera is not powered on, switch off the circuit breaker before checking the wiring.

Troubleshooting:
- If the camera keeps blinking red, it indicates no internet connection. Ensure strong Wi-Fi signal. Consider moving your router closer or using a Wi-Fi range extender.
- For further troubleshooting, check the Help section in the Eufy Security app.
- Refer to the app for LED indicator status light meanings.
