It is equipped with a LED tube, a HF-motion sensor, polycarbonate housing, swivel, 2 stainless steel mounting brackets, 4 screws and 4 wall anchors. 03 Unique identification of the product Waterproof luminaire with HF-motion Sensor Article number: 240120X(X=1,2,3,4). The product meets the requirements of protection class 1. Level of protection IP65, dustproof, protected against water jets. Further technical data can be found in table 1. (,,TAB 1" on page 3) 4 04 Modification of the product The product may not be changed or adapted. Do not use the product for other purposes than described in the manual. 05 Security related information Keep this product out of reach of children or animals. This product is not a toy, LED lights are extremely bright and looking directly at the light source during operation can lead to serious eye damage. Any other use of the device than described in the manual may damage the product or cause danger to the user, e.g. due to a short circuit, fire or electric shock. The safety instructions must be observed at all times. 06 Conformity of the product with legislation The warranty expires in the event of damage due to non-compliance with the safety instructions of the device. Furthermore, we are not liable for consequential damage, damage to objects or persons resulting from failure to observe the safety instructions and improper use/handling of the device due to wear and tear. Product design and specifications are subject to change without notice. All logos and trade names are registered trademarks of their respective owners and are hereby acknowledged as such. 07 Storage of the Manual Please read the operating instructions carefully and completely before use. The operating instructions are part of the product, they contain important information on the commissioning and handling of the device. Keep all enclosed operating instructions for future reference. If the device is sold or passed on to third parties, you are obliged to pass on the operating instructions as these are lawfully part of the product. 08 Use of the product / Installation Before use, check the completeness of the parts supplied and the intactness of the product. If damaged, it must not be put into operation. This product may only be installed by a qualified technician. Installation: 1. Decide where to mount the luminaire. 2. Disconnect from the mains. 3. Secure against being switched on again. 4. Verify that there is no voltage to your cable. 5. Follow the enclosed steps. (,,Fig. 1" on page 2) We can only ensure the correct function of the sensor when the product is mounted to the ceiling. 09 Operating the product The safety instructions and warnings must be observed to ensure both the perfect condition of the product and safe operation. 10 Product maintenance The product can be cleaned with clear water and a soft cloth. Do not use detergents containing surface active agents or scouring agents. 5 11 Accessories, consumables, spare parts For this product there are led tubes available separately. 12 Information about special tools, devices You do not need any special tools to take this device into use. Depending on the mounting surface, you need a pencil, level, drill, screws, wall anchors and screwdriver for mounting. To install the Product, you need wire cutters, wire strippers and a slotted electronics screwdriver. 13 Information about repair, replacement of parts Do not open or disassemble product. The product can not be repaired. In case of a defect outside the warranty period, the device must be disposed of at an approved waste collection point. 14 Instructions for disposal Old appliances marked with the pictured symbol must not be disposed of with the trash. You must return them to a waste collection center (inquire at your local community) or the retailer where they were purchased. They will ensure environmentally sound disposal. 15 Documentation The product has been manufactured and supplied in compliance with all relevant regulations and directives that apply for all member states of the European Union. CE is the abbreviation for Conformité Européenne - And means Conforms to the European guidelines. With the CE-mark, the manufacturer confirms that this product complies with the current European guidelines. 6 - Sensor information Note: The high-frequency output of this sensor is <0,2mW. This is 1/5000th of the transmission power of a mobile phone or the output of a microwave oven. 120 Installation height: 2,5-3m (Installation height: 2,5-3m) Detection range Detection angle SENS - Detection range: 2-16m (adjustable) TIME - Timer: 10 sec 30 min LUX - Photosensitivity: 10-2000 Lux 7 SENS TIME LUX - Detection range settings (sensitivity) Detection range is the radius of the circular detection zone after mounting the sensor at a height of 2,5m. Turn the detection control fully anticlockwise to select minimum detection range (approx. 2m radius), and fully clockwise to select maximum detection range (approx. 16m radius). Note: The HF sensor scanning specifications may vary slightly depending on the SENS mounting height and location. Attention: When using this product, please do not adjust the sensitivity to maximum. Factors like blowing leaves or small animals can cause the product to turn on. If the product does not function properly, please lower the sensitivity settings. - Timer settings The light can be set to stay on for any period of time between 10 seconds (dial turned fully anti-clockwise) and a maximum of 30 minutes (dial turned fully clockwise). Any movement detected during the "on" time will reset the timer. The LED indicator will flash when adjusting the time setting dial. The number of flashes means the following: 1 flash = 10 seconds, 2 flashes = 1 minute, 3 flashes = 2 minutes, 4 flashed = 5 minutes, 5 flashed = 8 minutes, 6 flashes = 10 minutes, 7 flashes = 15 minutes, 8 flashes = 20 minutes, 9 flashes = 25 minutes, 10 flashes = 30 minutes - Light control settings The chosen light response threshold can be anywhere between 10-2000 lux. Turn the dial anti-clockwise to select dusk to dawn operation at 10 lux. Turn the dial fully clockwise to select daylight operation at 2000 lux. The dial must be turned fully clockwise when adjusting and testing the detection zone. Verwenden Sie das Produkt nicht für andere Zwecke als in der Anleitung beschrieben. 05 Sicherheitsbezogene Informationen Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht in Reichweite von Kindern oder Tieren. Um den einwandfreien Zustand des Produktes und einen gefahrlosen Betrieb zu gewährleisten. Weitere Informationen, entnehmen Sie bitte Tabelle 1. (seite 8) 10 10 Instandhaltung des Produktes Das Produkt kann mit einem feuchten, weichen Tuch gereinigt werden. Bitte benutzen Sie keine chemischen oder abrasiven Reinigungsmittel (wie beispielsweise Scheuermilch, Stahlwolle etc.). 11 Zubehörteile, Verbrauchsmaterialien, Ersatzteile Für dieses Produkt sind LED röhre verfügbar. 12 Informationen zu speziellen Werkzeugen, Geräten Zur Inbetriebnahme werden keine Werkzeuge benötigt. Zur Montage benötigen Sie, je nach Montageuntergrund, Bleistift, Wasserwaage, Bohrmaschine, Schrauber, Dübel, Schraubendreher, ggf. Seitenschneider, Abisolierzange und Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher. 13 Information zur Reparatur, Austausch von Teilen Versuchen Sie nicht das in dieser Bedienungsanleitung beschriebene Produkt zu öffnen oder gar zu zerlegen. Das Produkt kann nicht repariert werden. Im Falle eines Defektes außerhalb des Gewährleistungszeitraums ist das Gerät bei den zugelassen Sammelstellen für Sondermüll zu entsorgen. 14 Hinweise für die Entsorgung Altgeräte, die mit dem abgebildeten Symbol gekennzeichnet sind, dürfen nicht in den Hausmüll entsorgt werden. Drehen Sie die Erfassungsreichweite bis zum Anschlag gegen den Uhrzeigersinn für eine minmale Erfassungsreichweite (ca. 2m Radius), und bis zum Anschlag im Uhrzeigersinn für eine maximale Erfassungsreichweite (ca. 16m Radius). SENS Hinweis: Die Erfassung des Hochfrequenzbewegungsmelders weicht je nach 12 Montagehöhe und Montageumgebung ab. Achtung: Wenn Sie das Produkt verwenden, empfehlen wir dieses nicht auf die maximale Erfassungsreichweite einzustellen. Bei dieser Einstellung reichen schon aufgewirbelte Blätter oder kleine Tiere (Insekten etc.) um das Produkt zu aktivieren. Sollte das Produkt zu sensibel reagieren, regeln Sie die Erfassungsreichweite herunter - Zeiteinstellungen Die Leuchtdauer kann flexibel zwischen 10 Sekunden (Anschlag gegen den Uhrzeigersinn) und 30 Minuten (Anschlag im Uhrzeigersinn) eingestellt werden . Jede Bewegung während der Leuchtdauer setzt die Zeiteinstellung zurück. Die Indikator LED leuchtet nach der Zeiteinstellung ein oder mehrfach auf. Hier die Bedeutung: 1 x Blinken= 10 Sekunden, 2 x Blinken = 1 Minuten, 3 x Blinken = 2 Minuten, 4 x Blinken = 5 Minuten, 5 x Blinken = 8 Minuten, 6 x Blinken = 10 Minuten, 7 x Blinken = 15 Minuten, 8 x Blinken = 20 Minuten, 9 x Blinken = 25 Minuten, 10 x Blinken = 30 Minuten - Lichteinstellungen / Dämmerungseinstellungen Die Dämmerungseinstellung kann zwischen 10 und 2000 Lux frei gewählt werden. 10 Lux = Anschlag gegen den Uhrzeigersinn 2000 Lux Anschlag im Uhrzeigersinn. Wenn Sie die Reichweiteeinstellung testen, sollten Sie die Dämmerungseinstellung auf 10 Lux einstellen.
