Visual Description: The appliance is a cream-colored, rectangular electric unit designed for household use. It includes a main body housing two distinct cooking zones: a deep, round Hot Pot on the left and a flat, textured BBQ Pan on the right. A tempered glass lid with a cool-touch handle fits over both zones. A control knob on the front panel manages the heating functions.
Parts & Description
1. Glass Lid: A tempered glass lid compatible with both the Hot Pot and BBQ Pan, allowing visibility during cooking.
2. Hot Pot: A deep, 60 mm extra-deep pot suitable for steamboating, boiling, frying, or steaming.
3. BBQ Pan: Features diamond-shaped embossments for an excellent contact surface for grilling or BBQ.
4. Silicone Feet: Anti-slip solid feet provide a stable cooking platform.
5. Cool-touch Housing: The exterior housing is designed to remain comfortable and safe to touch during operation.
6. Control Knob: A user-friendly knob that offers easy control to switch on the Hot Pot, BBQ Pan, or both simultaneously. It also allows for adjusting the heating rate.
7. Lid Handle: A cool-touch handle attached to the glass lid for safe lifting.
Control Knob Functionality: The control knob allows users to select between 'OFF', 'Hot Pot' (heating only the hot pot), 'BBQ' (heating only the BBQ pan), or 'BBQ Hot Pot' (heating both zones simultaneously). Adjusting the knob while cooking can alter the heating rate.

How to Use
Place and use the appliance on a dry, horizontal, stable, and heat-resistant surface.
Before use, ensure the appliance body, BBQ Pan, and outer surface of the Hot Pot are dry. Add food ingredients into the Hot Pot and/or BBQ Pan. Add water to the Hot Pot, filling between 50% and 80% of its height. If using the BBQ Pan primarily, use less water. Adjust water levels based on food and cooking type.
Holding the Lid Handle, securely place the Glass Lid onto the Hot Pot or BBQ Pan. Incorrect lid placement may affect cooking or cause overspill, leading to scalding or damage.
Switch the appliance ON. Turn the Control Knob anti-clockwise to 'OFF', attach the power cable, plug it into the mains, and switch on. Turn the Control Knob clockwise to 'Hot Pot', 'BBQ', or 'BBQ Hot Pot' as needed. The Power Indicator Light will illuminate, indicating heating has commenced.
You may alter the rate of heating by adjusting the Control Knob while cooking. During operation, the Power Indicator Light will turn on and off periodically, signaling that an even temperature is being maintained.
Be cautious when checking food or removing it. Lift the Glass Lid by the Lid Handle, anticipating steam release. Keep hands and face angled away from the Glass Lid and Steam Vent. Use a wooden spatula for stirring to avoid damaging the non-stick coating.
To stop heating or when cooking is complete, switch the appliance OFF. Turn the Control Knob anti-clockwise to 'OFF', switch off the electric mains, and unplug the power cable from both the appliance and the mains. The Power Indicator Light will turn off, and heating will cease.
First Use: For the first use, clean exterior parts and the Glass Lid with a damp cloth. Fill about 80% of the Hot Pot with water, place the lid, switch on, and let the water boil for at least 5 minutes. Then, switch off and discard the water. Rinse the lid and pans. The appliance is then ready for use.
Cleaning and Maintenance
How to Clean
Switch the appliance OFF and allow it to cool completely (at least 30 minutes).
Wash the Glass Lid and the Hot Pot & BBQ Pan with warm water and detergent using a non-abrasive sponge. DO NOT use metal scouring pads, as they will damage the non-stick coating.
DO NOT immerse the main appliance body in water or other liquids. Wash it under the tap, ensuring no liquid flows into the internal casing to prevent electric shock.
Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a soft, damp cloth or sponge. For stubborn spots, use a cloth moistened with mild liquid detergent. DO NOT use abrasive scouring pads or powders.
If the appliance is not to be used for an extended period, clean it, place it back in its original packing box, and store it in a dry, ventilated place.
Descaling
Boiled scale deposit may naturally form on the BBQ Pan & Hot Pot over time, reducing heating efficiency. The frequency of descaling depends on your tap water quality and appliance usage.
Prepare a descaling mixture: one part ordinary vinegar and two parts water.
Fill about 80% of the Hot Pot with this mixture.
Pour the mixture onto the surface of the BBQ Pan until the diamond-shaped embossments are covered.
Switch the appliance ON. Once the mixture begins to boil, let it boil for 5 minutes, then switch the appliance OFF.
Leave the mixture in the appliance overnight. Discard it the next morning.
Rinse the Hot Pot & BBQ Pan thoroughly with water.
Fill about 80% of the Hot Pot with fresh water. Add fresh water to the BBQ Pan until the embossments are covered.
Switch the appliance ON. Once the water boils, let it boil for 5 minutes, then switch the appliance OFF.
Discard the boiled water to remove any remaining scale and vinegar. Rinse the Hot Pot & BBQ Pan again with water.
The descaling process is complete, and the appliance is ready for use.
