Assembly Steps

Step 01: Base Assembly

Attach two side panels (B1) to the base panel (C1) using nine 4x50mm screws [Ø3mm drill bit].

Insert panel B1 into panel C1 and secure with screws.

Step 02: Frame Assembly

Connect panels W1, W2, W3, W4, W5, W6, W7, E1, K1, and B16 to form the primary structure. Use appropriate screws and connectors as indicated in the diagrams. Ensure panels are aligned correctly.

Step 03: Wall Panel Attachment

Attach wall panels using screws. For example, connect panel W3 to B16 and W5 using screws.

Step 04: Wall Panel Attachment

Continue attaching wall panels, ensuring proper alignment and secure fastening with screws.

Step 05: Wall Panel Attachment

Attach panel W4 to the structure using screws.

Attach panel B1 to the structure using screws.

Attach panel W2 and W7 to the structure using screws.

Step 08: Door Frame Assembly

Assemble the door frame components (E1, K1, B1) and attach them to the main structure using screws (4x80mm, Ø4mm drill bit).

Step 09: Roof Frame Assembly

Assemble the roof frame using parts B15, B13, C4, D2, and C2. Connect these parts to the top of the structure.

Step 10: Roof Panel Attachment

Attach roof panels. Panel A is positioned and secured with screws (4x50mm, Ø3mm drill bit) and connectors G2.

Step 11: Roof Panel Attachment

Attach additional roof panels.

Ensure panel B3 equals A in length and attach it.

Attach roof panels B14 and B12 to the structure using screws (3x 4x50mm, Ø3mm drill bit).

Attach roof panels using screws (Ø3mm drill bit).

Step 15: Roof Sealing/Trim

Apply sealing material or trim along the roof edges.

Place roof panels M1 and M2 onto the structure.

Secure the roof panels using screws (8x Ø3mm, 4x70mm) and other fasteners.

Step 18: Final Wall Panel Attachment

Attach remaining wall panels and corner pieces (B4, G1, G3) using screws (4x70mm, Ø4mm drill bit).

Step 19: Roof Trim Attachment

Attach roof trim pieces B8 and B7 using screws (4x50mm, Ø4mm drill bit).

Attach roof trim pieces T1 using screws.

Secure roof trim pieces T1 with screws.

Step 21: Final Check

Ensure all parts are securely fastened. Insert part S2.

Step 22: Ventilation Adjustment

This section describes the function of the adjustable board for regulating airflow. Adjust the boards (B10, B11, B2) as per your preference.

Step 23: Heater Connection (9kW)

For 9kW heaters: Assemble the heater base using parts B5 and B6, securing with screws (4x30mm, Ø3mm drill bit) and (4x35mm, Ø3mm drill bit).

Step 24a: Heater Connection (9kW)

Attach the heater base to the sauna structure using screws.

Step 24b: Heater Connection (Other Furnaces)

For other furnaces, assemble the heater base using parts B3, ensuring correct length (B3 = 595mm for 210mm height, B3 = 595mm for 200mm height).

Step 25: Heater Connection

Connect heater components using parts L1 and L2, securing with screws (4x50mm, Ø3mm drill bit).

Step 26: Heater Connection

Connect the heater unit to the assembled base and structure.

Step 27: Electrical Connection

Connect the heater's electrical components. Follow safety guidelines. A warning symbol [!] indicates caution is required.

Glass Door Installation

Step 01: Prepare Glass Door

Place the sauna door glass into the frame.

Step 02: Align Glass Door

Center the glass in the wooden frame. Ensure all adjustable eccentrics have the same basic adjustment.

Step 03: Attach Hinges

Attach hinges to the glass door using 6x80mm screws.

Step 04: Adjust Door Position

Use tools to adjust the glass panel position within the frame.

Step 05: Adjust Eccentrics

Ensure all adjustable eccentrics are in the same base position on the glass panel.

Step 06: Final Door Attachment

Attach the glass door to the frame, making final adjustments.

Step 07: Fine-tune Door Alignment

Adjust the eccentrics to fine-tune the door's position and alignment.

Step 08: Final Securing

Secure the door components.
