Single Machine System
Description: A block diagram illustrating a single inverter system. It shows Solar Panels feeding into an Inverter. The Inverter connects to the Grid and Load. An electric energy meter and RS 485 communication are also indicated.
Parallel System
Description: A block diagram illustrating a parallel inverter system. It shows a Master Inverter and multiple Slave Inverters connected via a CAN bus. These inverters feed into the Grid and Load. An electric energy meter and RS 485 communication are also indicated.
Parallel Connection Limit
The maximum number of inverters to be connected in parallel is 12, when using the SDM120CT-M energy meter together with the current sensor provided by the manufacturer.
