Region D: High Temperature Professional Programs
This is a self-acting program, not for user operation.
- Once programs are selected and started, the "preheat" button will light up, indicating "preheat" job is starting.
- During "Preheat", the "TIME" / "TEMP." buttons have no function. Time and Temperature cannot be adjusted.
- Once the "preheat" job is finished, an alarm sound ("bi bi bi") will occur. The display will show "Fill in" / "Open".
- If the "preheat" job finishes but cooking doesn't start within 30 minutes, the oven interior will cool down to the set temperature, and the "preheat" job will restart automatically.
- Once the door is opened and closed, cooking starts automatically, and the "Preheat" icon will disappear.
THICK ROAST
Designed for thicker protein (within 6cm thickness) with skin to achieve a very good crispy roasted performance within approximately 10 minutes, such as thicker pig trotter.
- Before cooking, the food needs to be thoroughly cooked.
- Remove the bone and ensure food thickness is within 6cm; otherwise, it may be too tall to insert into the oven or too close to the heater.
- For the best taste, it is recommended to marinate food before oven cooking.
- It is essential to cook on the Non-stick Cast Iron tray.
- IMPORTANT: In case of excessive smoke, burnt food, or acrid flavor:
- The iron tray must be cleaned; no food/oil should be left from the last usage.
- Use oils with a high smoke point (e.g., canola, avocado, vegetable, or grapeseed oil) instead of olive oil.
- If you need to adjust cooking time (not during the "Preheat" period), press the "TIME" [⏱️] button, turn the dial to reduce or add time, then press the dial down for confirmation.
- The temperature under this program cannot be changed.
- Refer to "USING THE FUNCTIONS OF Region D" for detailed cooking instructions.
BEEF / GRILL
Designed for 2cm thick Beef to achieve juicy grill performance within a short time.
- There will be a "Bi" sound for the first 50 seconds. Once the sound occurs, pull out the "Oven Rack" using the Glove [?], flip the food using the Clamp [?]. Then push the "Oven Rack" back into the oven and close the door to continue cooking. This flipping process ensures even grilling and should be done quickly to maintain high oven temperature.
- The program's default time of 2:00 is for Medium (50% cooked) for 2cm thick beef. The display will show "50" under the time. For other levels: 1:30 for Medium rare (30% cooked) shows "30"; 2:30 for Medium well (70% cooked) shows "70"; 3:30 for Well done (100% cooked) shows "100".
- Reminder: The preset program default times are for reference only, as food status varies.
IMPORTANT for these 3 pizza programs (Crust Pizza, Fresh Pizza, Wood Fired Pizza)
- For food added onto the pizza surface, suggest Cheese / thin sliced ham / a little vegetable.
- If using large size fresh vegetable, meat, or seafood, change to the "Crust pizza" program as they require more cooking time.
- If using large size frozen vegetable, meat, or seafood, change to the "Frozen pizza" program as they require much more cooking time.
- For fresh pizza, to achieve better bubbling, use hands to reduce dough ball thickness by stretching (not rolling).
- All 3 modes programs default time is for 8-10" pizza size. However, this default time is only for reference since food status varies.
- If you need to adjust cooking time (not during the "Preheat" period), press the "TIME" [⏱️] button, turn the dial to reduce or add time, then press the dial down for confirmation.
- The temperature under these 3 programs cannot be changed.
CRUST PIZZA
Designed for frozen crust bought from a supermarket (thickness around 15-20 mm). You can add different ingredients on the surface as your favorite pizza. No need to defrost the crust to room temperature. Directly add cheese and sliced ham on the surface.
- Program Default time 5:30 is for 8'-10' pizza (display shows "10"). For more: time 4:00 is for 6'-7' pizza (display shows "7"); time 7:00 is for 11'-13' pizza (display shows "13").

IMPORTANT: In case of a lot of smoke, or food having a burnt, acrid flavor:
- Iron tray must be cleaned; no food/oil left from last usage.
- Use oils with a high smoke point—like canola, avocado, vegetable, or grapeseed oil—instead of olive oil.
Recipe of dough ball for "FRESH" and "WOOD FIRED PIZZA": 10" size pizza
Ingredient: Bread flour 100g; Sugar 5g; Salt 1g; Yeast 1g; Milk 63g; Butter 5g
- After well mixing, plastic wrap for 1 hour.

- Add some oil on the dough ball surface, plastic wrap again.
- Place dough ball into the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
- Before usage, take out the dough ball and unfreeze it for at least 1 hour.

- Add some flour on the desk, then use your hand to reduce dough ball thickness by stretching (not by rolling). After the crust is finished, add your preferred ingredients on it, such as cheese, ham, sauce, etc.
- To get a thin and crispy bubble/edge, leave around 4-5cm of the crust edge without any sauce or food, and you will get an amazing thin and crispy pizza.
USING THE FUNCTIONS OF Region D
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: Programs in Region D operate in 2 periods:
- First period: Preheating for accessories. Before pressing the dial to start programs, DO NOT add food on the accessory; only place the accessory into the oven for preheat.
- Second period: High temperature cooking for food. Only when "PREHEAT" is FINISHED DONE: indicated by "BI" sound and "FILL in / Open" words shown in the displayer. Then open the door to place the food onto the accessory. Once the door is closed, cooking starts automatically.
- Due to the extremely high temperatures achieved, place the oven in a well-ventilated area, as it will emit smoke when cooking.
- NEVER place baking paper on top of accessories in these high professional programs. This can cause a fire.
- We recommend you monitor and stay close to the oven as your food can quickly become overdone and eventually ignite.
- Be careful with high temperatures from accessories. If pulling accessories out from the oven, use "Glove" [?] or other protection cloths.
- If turning over food on accessories surface, use "Clamp" [?].
During usage, you may meet below signals:
Signal | Meanings |
---|---|
FILL IN / OPEN | Preheat is finished. Open the door, pull the accessory out and place food on the accessory, then push the accessory back inside the oven. Close the door, the program will start to cook automatically. Both "Fill in" and "Open" words will disappear. |
End | Program is finished. |
COOLING | Oven is too hot and stops working; Region D functions cannot work. Press the "reset" [?] button to quit the program. Open the door for faster cooling. Once the oven's inside temperature is cool enough, "Cooling" words will disappear and Region D functions can work again. |

For Region C: Daily programs
For Region D: High temperature Programs
|
The air fryer oven is not turning on. |
|
After preheat, when I close the door, the machine is not working. |
|
Food is undercooked. |
|
Smoke is coming from the appliance when I switch it on. |
|
Steam coming out from the oven door. | This is normal. The door is vented to release steam created by foods with a high moisture content. |
Food is fried unevenly. | Try tossing/shaking the basket with food halfway through the cooking time, but be careful not to burn yourself. The metal parts are very hot during use. |
Home-made chips are fried unevenly. | You may not have used the right potato type. Use fresh potatoes that will remain firm during frying. Also, ensure to rinse and dry the cut potato sticks properly before cooking. |
The Baking Pan warping during cooking. | Pan warping most commonly occurs with any type of baking pans when a pan is exposed to rapid changes in temperature. It can be restored to its original shape when it cools down on a flat, hard, and heat-resistant surface bench top. |
