  • Very important: Do not put too much quantity at one time. Suggest 400g per time and do not heap up.
  • After around 15 min., roll over fries from top to bottom for an evenly baking result.

USING THE FUNCTIONS OF Region C

  1. Step 1: Place ingredients in the accessories, then put into the product unit (except "Pizza stone" accessory).
    • Tips:
    • 1) For even baking, preheat the oven at 160°C for 5 minutes without accessories before inserting food.
    • 2) If using a stone for frozen pizza: after 15 minutes of preheating with the "air fry" program, place the pizza on the tray, then select/start the "Frozen pizza" program.
    • 3) For frozen meat/fish: defrost completely and ensure the surface is dry before cooking.
  2. Step 2: Turn the dial to select functions. The default time and temperature settings will be displayed.
  3. Step 3: After the time and temperature are set, press the dial down [▶️] to begin.
  4. Step 4: During cooking, if you need to change the cook time and temperature:
    • Press the TIME/DARKNESS [⏱️/?] button and turn the dial for selection.
    • Note: The temperature of WARM mode is fixed and cannot be changed. Once TOAST/BAGEL mode starts, the temperature cannot be adjusted until the function is cancelled for reset.
    • Press the TIME [⏱️] button and use the dial to select the time.
  5. Step 5: When cook time is complete, the unit will beep. If the result is not perfect, add more time to recook.

Region D: High Temperature Professional Programs

This is a self-acting program, not for user operation.

THICK ROAST

Designed for thicker protein (within 6cm thickness) with skin to achieve a very good crispy roasted performance within approximately 10 minutes, such as thicker pig trotter.

BEEF / GRILL

Designed for 2cm thick Beef to achieve juicy grill performance within a short time.

IMPORTANT for these 3 pizza programs (Crust Pizza, Fresh Pizza, Wood Fired Pizza)

CRUST PIZZA

Designed for frozen crust bought from a supermarket (thickness around 15-20 mm). You can add different ingredients on the surface as your favorite pizza. No need to defrost the crust to room temperature. Directly add cheese and sliced ham on the surface.

FRESH PIZZA

Designed for hand-made fresh pizza at home, around 5-10mm thin thickness with no thick edge.

WOOD FIRED PIZZA

Designed for hand-made fresh pizza at home with around 5-10mm thin thickness and a thick edge.

Both the Non-stick Cast Iron tray (for burnt taste) and the Pizza stone tray (for original taste) are available for these 3 programs. Different trays can bring different tastes.

IMPORTANT: In case of a lot of smoke, or food having a burnt, acrid flavor:

Recipe of dough ball for "FRESH" and "WOOD FIRED PIZZA": 10" size pizza

Ingredient: Bread flour 100g; Sugar 5g; Salt 1g; Yeast 1g; Milk 63g; Butter 5g

  1. After well mixing, plastic wrap for 1 hour.
  2. Add some flour on the mixture and make it into a ball shape.
  3. Add some oil on the dough ball surface, plastic wrap again.
  4. Place dough ball into the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
  5. Before usage, take out the dough ball and unfreeze it for at least 1 hour.
  6. Only prepare your pizza when pre-heating is almost finished so that it is easier to move from the desk into the oven.
  7. Add some flour on the desk, then use your hand to reduce dough ball thickness by stretching (not by rolling). After the crust is finished, add your preferred ingredients on it, such as cheese, ham, sauce, etc.
  8. To get a thin and crispy bubble/edge, leave around 4-5cm of the crust edge without any sauce or food, and you will get an amazing thin and crispy pizza.

Troubleshooting Guide

Problem Potential Cause and Solution
Should I add my ingredients before or after preheating?

For Region C: Daily programs

  • Oven interior preheating before programs selected is suggested (at 160°C for 5 min.).
  • Accessories are NO NEED to place into oven for preheating (except "frozen pizza" program).
  • Adding ingredients on accessory surface, then insert accessory into oven after preheating finished and before programs selected / started.

For Region D: High temperature Programs

  • Insert accessories into oven (MUST BE NO FOOD) then select / start the programs. Product will be into preheating.
  • After preheating, pull out accessory and adding ingredients on accessory surface.
  • Insert accessory with ingredients into oven again and close the door to start high temperature cooks.
The air fryer oven is not turning on.
  • Check and ensure that you have selected a function and a temperature and set the timer.
  • Check and ensure that the power cord is plugged in, the power is turned on, and that the outlet is working (check the appliance at a different outlet).
After preheat, when I close the door, the machine is not working.
  • Clean up the left side of the door and keep it dry, as it is a magnetic switch here.
  • The door is too hot; need to wait for cool down.
  • If it still does not work, check with customer service.
Food is undercooked.
  • You may have overfilled. Put smaller batches of food in the basket for more even frying.
  • Check and ensure that the temperature is set correctly.
  • If under professional programs, due to food under different status or mistaken setting no enough time: If food is not cooked satisfactorily, place it into the oven again and set the "BAKE" function of Daily programs, then press "TEMP." button for max temperature, press "TIME" [⏱️] button for 10 min, and press down the dial to start cooking.
  • Recheck food during cooking.
Smoke is coming from the appliance when I switch it on.
  • If you are using the appliance for the first time, this is normal and no cause for concern; it should subside soon. Ensure good ventilation.
  • If you have used the air fryer oven before, unplug the appliance and let it cool. Check and ensure that the interior surfaces and all accessories inside the oven are clean and free of food residues.
  • If you cleaned the appliance properly and it continues to emit smoke, stop using the appliance and contact customer support.
  • If you are air-frying greasy food, oil may drip into the pan, which may produce white smoke. This will not affect the appliance or the end result.
Steam coming out from the oven door. This is normal. The door is vented to release steam created by foods with a high moisture content.
Food is fried unevenly. Try tossing/shaking the basket with food halfway through the cooking time, but be careful not to burn yourself. The metal parts are very hot during use.
Home-made chips are fried unevenly. You may not have used the right potato type. Use fresh potatoes that will remain firm during frying. Also, ensure to rinse and dry the cut potato sticks properly before cooking.
The Baking Pan warping during cooking. Pan warping most commonly occurs with any type of baking pans when a pan is exposed to rapid changes in temperature. It can be restored to its original shape when it cools down on a flat, hard, and heat-resistant surface bench top.
Circuit breaker or safety switch tripped.
  • This appliance draws high current in operation. When used in conjunction with other kitchen appliances on the same power circuit at the same time, it is possible that it may trip the circuit breaker or safety switch with incorporated overload protection.
  • Check to ensure if other appliances are operating at the same time (e.g., Kettles, toasters, microwaves) to isolate them from the same circuit, then operate the appliance separately to confirm that the circuit is no longer tripping.
