Safety regulations · This appliance is intended for commercial use only. · The appliance must only be used for the purpose for which it was intended and designed.
The manufacturer is not liable for any damage caused by incorrect operation and improper use. · Keep the appliance and electrical parts away from water and any other liquids. In the event that the appliance should fall into water, immediately switch off the RCD, disconnect the electrical power connection and do not use until the appliance has been checked by a certified technician. Failure to follow these instructions could cause a risk to lives. · Never attempt to open the casing of the appliance yourself. · Do not insert any objects in the casing of the appliance. · Do not touch the electrical power connection with wet or damp hands. · Danger of electric shock! Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself. In case of malfunctions, repairs are to be conducted by qualified personnel only. · Never use a damaged appliance! Special Safety Regulations · Use the appliance only as described in this manual. · This appliance should be operated by trained personnel. · Caution! Danger of burns! The temperature of the heating surface and other acces-
sible surface is very high during use. Touch the control panel only. · Caution! This appliance will emit non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation. · An equipotential bonding terminal is provided at the rear side of the appliance to
allow cross bonding with other equipment. · Do not place the appliance near objects that may be affected by a magnetic field TVs,
radios, bank cards and credit cards. · Do not place the appliance on a heating object (gas, electric, charcoal cooker, etc.) Keep
the appliance away from any hot surfaces and open flames. Always operate the appliance on a level, stable, clean, heat-resistant and dry surface. · Make sure the appliance is not placed near water vapour or greasy vapours. The fan inEN side of the appliance will take in these vapours and this will cause grease or moisture to accumulate in the appliance which may result in a short-circuit in the appliance. · This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system. · Metallic objects such as knives, forks, spoons and lids should not be placed on the heating plate since they can get hot. · WARNING: Keep all ventilation openings in the appliance clear of obstruction. · WARNING: If the heating surface is cracked or damaged, switch off the appliance to avoid the possibility of electric shock. · Allow at least 20 cm spacing around the appliance for ventilation purpose during use. · Do not use hard utensils to hit the heating plate surface. Do not use water jet, flush directly with water or steam cleaner as the parts will get wet and electric shock might be resulted. · Take care when operating the appliance, as rings, watches and similar objects worn by the user could get hot when in close proximity to the heating surface. · Caution! Securely route the power cord if necessary in order to prevent unintentional pulling or contact with the heating surface. · Do not wash the appliance with water. Washing can cause leakages and increase the risk of electric shock. · Do not clean or store the appliance unless it is completely cooled down. · Do not place empty cookware on the appliance during operation as this may damage the cookware.

· Only use the cookware of the type and size recommended. (See ---> Suitable cooking equipment).
· The power supply lines should be connected to the electrical power supply system by authorized technician.

Intended use · This appliance is intended for professional use. · The appliance is designed only for cooking a vari-
ety of food via heating the suitable cookware. Any other use may lead to damage to the appliance or personal injury.

· Operating the appliance for any other purpose shall be deemed as a misuse of the device. The user shall be solely liable for improper use of the device.

Grounding installation This appliance is classified as protection class I appliance and must be connected to a protective ground. Grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric

current. This appliance is equipped with a cord having a grounding wire. The wires must be connected to the electrical power source that is properly installed and grounded.

Preparations before using for the first time · Remove all protective packaging and wrapping. · Check to make sure the appliance is undamaged.
In case of incomplete delivery and damages. Please contact supplier (See ==> Warranty). · Clean the appliance before use (See ==> Cleaning and Maintenance). · Make sure the appliance is completely dry. · Place the appliance on a horizontal, stable and heat resist surface that is safe against water splashes.

· Ensure that there is sufficient ventilation. Keep a minimum distance of 15 cm around the appliance.
· Do not place the appliance in close proximity to devices which are sensitive to disturbances by magnetic sources (e.g. radios, tape decks).
Note: Due to manufacturing residues, the appliance may emit a slight odor in the first few cycles. This is normal and does not indicate any defect or hazard. Make sure the appliance is well ventilated.

Power supply line connection

Attention: The power supply lines should be connected by authorized technician. 6

Operation · Place a suitable cookware at the centre of the
heating surface of the appliance. (See --> Suitable cooking equipment). Note: Do not place empty cookware as this may damage the cookware. · Connect the internal wires of the power cord to a suitable electrical supply outlet. (See --> power supply line connection) · Switch on the electrical supply system and On/ Standby indicator (1) will light up. The appliance now in Standby mode. · Then, switch On the appliance by pressing On/ Standby button (1) and " - - - -" will flash on the display (3). · Next, press increase setting (2) once. "3000" will be displayed and this is the default power. · Now, the appliance starts operating and you can program in either power or temperature mode.
Setting Power level · During operation, press the power / temperature
button (6) to activate. The indicator light (6) of the power will light up. · Press the increase setting (2) or decrease setting button (5) to increase or decrease the power level (Range: 100W ~ 5,000W). Default power is 3,000W. Higher power level is suitable for steaming.

Setting Temperature level · During operation, press the power / temperature
button (6) to activate. The indicator light (6) of the temperature will light up. · Press the increase setting (2) or decrease setting button (5) to increase or decrease the temperature level (Range: 35°C ~ 240°C). Default temperature is 100°C. Higher temperature level is suitable for roasting, grilling or frying.

Setting Timer

· After power or temperature setting for cooking,

you can opt for timer setting. Press the timer

button (4) to activate. The indicator light (4) with

light up.

· Press the increase setting (2) or decrease setting

button (5) to increase or decrease the operation

time (Range: 0 min ~ 180 mins). Default setting

is 0 min.

· When the timer is set, it will be stored automat-

ically within 5 seconds. The appliance will then

start operation. It will display the remaining time

and the power setting / temperature setting al-

ternately on the display (4).

· The appliance will go into Standby mode when

the set time is elapsed.

· If the set time is reduced to "0 min" manually,

the appliance will go into Standby mode instantly.

Note: 1. Press and hold the increase setting button (2) or
decrease setting button (5) for fast adjustment. 2. Every time, you press any button on the panel, a
short beep sound will be heard to alert the user. 3. After an extended period of operation, it is nor-
mal for the cooling fan inside to continue running in Standby mode for some time. Before disconnect the appliance, wait until the cooling fan stops running.

4. The appliance's surface is still hot after switch to Standby mode. Wait completely cool down before touching.
5. If no any button on the control panel is pressed during operation for 2 hours, the appliance will then switch to Standby mode automatically.

Clear all obstacles that around the appliance. Disconnect the appliance, remove the pan or pot, wait until the appliance is completely cool down.

Cooling fan defective

Contact the supplier.

The pan or pot is overheated. Possibly, the pan becomes empty and appliance will shut down for protection.

Disconnect the appliance, remove the pan or pot, wait until the appliance is completely cool down. And make sure water is inside the pan.

Cleaning and Maintenance Attention: Always disconnect the appliance from the electrical power source and let it cool down completely before cleaning and storage.

Cleaning · Never immerse the appliance in water or other
liquids. · Clean the cooled exterior surface with a slightly
damp cloth or sponge with some mild soap solution. EN
Storage · Before storage, always make sure the appliance
has already been disconnected from the electrical outlet and cooled down completely.

· Never use abrasive sponges or detergents, steel wool or metallic utensils to clean the interior or exterior parts of the appliance.
· Store the appliance in a cool, clean and dry place. · Never put heavy objects on the heating surface
during storage as it may crack it.

Troubleshooting If the appliance does not function properly, please check the below table for the solution. If you are still unable to solve the problem, please contact the supplier/service provider.

Besondere Sicherheitsvorschriften

· Verwenden Sie das Gerät ausschließlich gemäß der Anleitung.

· Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe von Gegenständen ab, die von einem Magnet-

feld beeinträchtigt werden können, zum Beispiel Fernseher, Rundfunkempfangsgeräte,

Geldkarten oder Kreditkarten.

· Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht auf einen wärmemittierenden Gegenstand (Gasherd, Elekt-

roherd, Grill, usw.). Lagern Sie es weit entfernt von heißen Flächen oder offenem Feuer.

Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine ebene, stabile, saubere und trockene Fläche auf, die auch

gegen die Einwirkung hoher Temperaturen beständig ist.

· Vergewissern Sie sich, dass sich das Gerät nicht in der Nähe des Entstehungsorts von

Wasserdampf oder fettigen Dämpfen befindet. Der Lüfter des Geräts saugt diese Dämpfe

nämlich heran, was dazu führt, dass sich im Gerät Fett oder Feuchtigkeit ansammelt und

gegebenenfalls Kurzschluss entsteht.

· Das Gerät ist für die Bedienung durch eine externe Schaltuhr oder ein gesondertes Fernsteuersystem nicht geeignet.
· Stellen Sie keine Metallgegenstände (z.B. Messer, Gabeln, Löffel oder Deckel) auf die Fläche der Kochplatte auf, da sie heiß werden können.
· WARNUNG: Verdecken Sie nicht die Belüftungsöffnungen im Gehäuse des Geräts. · WARNUNG: Wenn die Kochplatte gerissen ist oder beschädigt wird, trennen Sie das Ge-
rät von der Stromversorgung, um so den Stromschlag zu vermeiden. · Um eine ausreichende Belüftung des Geräts zu gewährleisten, belassen Sie einen Frei-
raum von mindestens 20 cm rundum das Gerät. · Schlagen Sie nicht die Heizplatte mit harten Werkzeugen. Reinigen Sie das Gerät nicht
mit einem Wasserstrahl unter Druck oder einem Dampfreiniger, spülen Sie das Gerät nicht mit Wasser ab, da die Teile im Gerät feucht werden oder eingetaucht werden können, was den Stromschlag verursacht. · Achten Sie besonders auf Ringe, Uhren und anderen Schmuck bei der Bedienung des Geräts, da sie heiß werden können, wenn sie sich in der Nähe der Heizplatte befinden. · Achtung! · Jede andere Verwendung des Gerätes gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß. Der Benutzer ist allein verantwortlich für die unsachgemäße Nutzung des Gerätes.

Timer-Einstellung · Nach dem Einstellen der Leistung und Tempera-
tur kann man den Timer einstellen. Drücken Sie die Timer-Taste (4). Die Timer-Kontrollleuchte (4) leuchtet auf. · Drücken Sie die Taste zur Erhöhung (2) oder Verringerung (5) der Werte, um die Kochzeit entweder zu erhöhen oder zu verringern (Bereich: 0 ~ 180 Min.). Die voreingestellte Kochzeit beträgt 0 Min. · Nach dem Einstellen des Timers wird der Wert nach 5 Sekunden automatisch gespeichert. Das DE Gerät beginnt zu kochen. Das Gerät wird die verbleibende Zeit und die Leistungseinstellung / Temperatureinstellung anzeigen. · Wenn die eingestellte Zeit abgelaufen ist, geht das Gerät in den Standby-Modus. · Wenn die eingestellte Zeit manuell auf ,,0 Min." verringert wird, geht das Gerät sofort in den Standby-Modus.

`cross bonding' met andere apparatuur · Plaats het apparaat niet in de buurt van voorwerpen die door een magnetisch veld kun-

nen worden beïnvloed, zoals TV's, radio's, bankpassen en creditcards.

· Plaats het apparaat niet op een warmtebron (kooktoestel op benzine, elektriciteit, kolen,

etc.) Houd het apparaat uit de buurt van hete oppervlakken en open vuur. Gebruik het

apparaat altijd op een vlakke, stabiele, schone, hittebestendige en droge ondergrond.

· Gebruik van het apparaat voor andere doeleinden wordt beschouwd als verkeerd gebruik van het apparaat. De gebruiker is volledig aansprakelijk voor alle risico's die voortvloeien uit verkeerd gebruik van het apparaat.

Installatie met aarding Dit apparaat is geclassificeerd als beschermingsklasse I en moet worden aangesloten op een aansluiting met aarde. Aarding verlaagt de kans op elektrische schokken doordat elektrische stroom via een ontsnappingsdraad kan weglopen. Dit ap-

toont de resterende tijd en afwisselend de ver-

mogens- / temperatuurinstelling op het display

· Als de ingestelde tijd is verstreken schakelt het

apparaat over naar de Standby-modus.

· Als de ingestelde tijd handmatig wordt verlaagd

naar "0 min", dan zal het apparaat direct naar de

Standby-modus overschakelen.

Opmerking: 1) Houd de knop verhogen (2) of verlagen (5) inge-
drukt om snel in te stellen. 2) Elke keer dat u op een knop op het paneel drukt,
klinkt er een korte pieptoon om u te waarschuwen. 3) Als het apparaat voor een langere periode is gebruikt, is het normaal dat de koelventilator een tijdje blijft draaien in de Standby-modus. Wacht totdat de koelventilator stopt met draaien voordat u het apparaat loskoppelt.

le bouton de puissance / température (6), pour activer le réglage de la valeur. Le voyant indiquant la puissance (6) s'allume. · Appuyez le bouton de l'augmentation (2) ou de la réduction (5) de la valeur pour augmenter ou réduire le niveau de puissance (Plage : 100 W ~ 5 000 W). Le niveau de puissance par défaut est de 3 000 W. Le niveau de puissance plus élevé est idéal pour la cuisson à la vapeur.

Réglage de la température · Pendant le fonctionnement de l'appareil appuyez
le bouton de puissance / température (6), pour activer le réglage de la valeur. Le voyant indiquant la température (6) s'allume. · Appuyez le bouton de l'augmentation (2) ou de la réduction (5) de la valeur pour augmenter ou réduire la température (Plage : 35°C ~ 240°C). La température par défaut est de 100°C. LA température plus élevée est idéale pour cuire, griller ou frire.
Réglage de la minuterie · Après avoir réglé la puissance et la température,
vous pouvez régler la minuterie (4). Le voyant de la minuterie (4) s'allume. · Appuyez le bouton de l'augmentation (2) ou de la réduction (5) de la valeur pour augmenter ou réduire le temps de cuisson (Plage : 0 ~ 180 min). Le temps de cuisson par défaut est de 0 min. · Après avoir réglé la minuterie, la valeur est enregistrée automatiquement après 5 secondes. L'appareil commence la cuisson. L'appareil affiche alternativement le temps restant, le niveau de la puissance et la valeur de la température. · Après le temps réglé, l'appareil passe en mode de veille. · Si le temps réglé est réduit manuellement à la valeur ,,0 min" l'appareil passe immédiatement en mode de veille.

Attention : 1) Appuyez et maintenez le bouton de l'augmenta-
tion (2) ou de la réduction (5) de la valeur pour régler les valeurs souhaitées plus rapidement. 2) Chaque fois que vous appuyez sur le bouton du panneau de commande déclenche un signal sonore. 3) Après une longue période du fonctionnement, le ventilateur à l'intérieur de l'appareil continue son fonctionnement ce qui est tout à fait normal. Avant de débrancher l'appareil, attendez l'arrêt du ventilateur de refroidissement.

Modul de utilizare · Amplasai un vas de gtit corespunztor în cen-
trul suprafeei de înclzire a aparatului. (A se vedea - - -> Echipamente de gtit corespunztoare). Not: Nu aezai vasele goale, deoarece acestea se pot deteriora. · Conectai firele interne ale cablului de alimentare la o priz electric adecvat. (Vezi --> conectarea la reeaua de alimentare) · Pornii sistemul de alimentare electric i indicatorul On/Standby (pornire/ateptare) (1) se va aprinde. Aparatul este acum în Standby. · Pornii apoi aparatul apsând butonul On/Standby (1) i ,,- - - -" va lumina intermitent pe ecran (3). · Apoi apsai setarea de cretere (2) o dat. ,,3000" va aprea i aceasta este puterea implicit. · Acum, aparatul începe s funcioneze i putei programa fie în modul de putere, fie în modul de temperatur.
Setarea nivelului de putere · În timpul funcionrii, apsai butonul de putere /
temperatur (6) pentru a activa funcia. Indicatorul luminos (6) al puterii se va aprinde. · Apsai butonul de cretere (2) sau reducere (5) pentru a crete sau a reduce nivelul de putere (Interval: 100W ~ 5.000W). Puterea implicit este de 3.000W. Nivelul de putere mai mare este potrivit pentru gtirea la aburi.

Setarea nivelului de temperatur · În timpul funcionrii, apsai butonul de putere
/ temperatur (6) pentru a activa funcia. Indicatorul luminos (6) al temperaturii se va aprinde. · Apsai butonul de cretere (2) sau reducere (5) pentru a crete sau a reduce nivelul de temperatur (Interval: 35°C ~ 240°C). Temperatura implicit este 100°C. Nivelul mai ridicat de temperatur este potrivit pentru coacere, frigere sau prjire.
Setarea cronometrului · Dup setarea puterii sau temperaturii pentru
gtit, putei opta pentru setarea cronometrului. Apsai butonul de cronometru (4) pentru a activa funcia. Indicatorul luminos (4) se va aprinde. · Apsai butonul de cretere (2) sau reducere (5) pentru a crete sau a reduce timpul de funcionare (Interval: 0 min ~ 180 min). Setarea implicit este 0 min. · Când este setat cronometrul, acesta va fi stocat automat în memorie în 5 secunde. Aparatul va porni apoi funcionarea. Va afia alternativ timpul rmas i setarea puterii / setarea temperaturii pe RO ecran (4). · Aparatul va intra în modul Standby dup ce timpul setat a trecut. · Dac timpul setat este redus manual la ,,0 min", aparatul va intra imediat în modul Standby.
4) Suprafaa aparatului este înc fierbinte, chiar i dup comutarea în modul Standby. Ateptai ca aparatul s se rceasc complet înainte de a-l atinge.
5) Dac în timpul funcionrii niciun buton de pe panoul de comand nu este apsat timp de 2 ore, aparatul va trece automat în modul Standby.

Tigaia sau oala sunt supraînclzite. Este posibil ca tigaia s se goleasc, iar aparatul se va opri pentru protecie.

Deconectai aparatul, îndeprtai tava sau recipientul i ateptai pân când aparatul se rcete complet. i asigurai-v c este ap în interiorul tigii.

Tensiunea de alimentare este anor- Asigurai-v c aparatul este conec-

mal. (Tensiunea de alimentare este tat la o surs de alimentare electric

Depozitarea · Asigurai-v întotdeauna înainte de depozitare c
aparatul a fost deconectat de la sursa de alimentare i s-a rcit complet. · Depozitai aparatul într-un loc rcoros, curat i uscat.

· Nu aezai niciodat obiecte grele pe suprafaa de înclzire în timpul depozitrii, deoarece este posibil s se sparg.

Depanarea Dac aparatul nu funcioneaz bine, consultai tabelul de mai jos pentru a gsi soluia. Dac tot nu putei rezolva problema, luai legtura cu furnizo-
