The ASD New Construction Mounting Plate offers a durable, rust and impact-resistant housing. It features universal mounting holes and tracks that fit various structural layouts, with alignment notches for multiple plates. The design is compatible with LED recessed lighting that requires a junction box, offering adjustable holes for 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12-inch fixtures.
Installation Guide

Mounting Plate with Asymmetric Holes Installation:
- Remove the metal ring from the mounting plate according to the fixture size.
- Position the mounting plate and secure it with screws or nails onto the beams.
Mounting Plate with Symmetric Holes Installation:
- Remove the metal ring from the mounting plate according to the fixture size.
- Position the mounting plate and secure it with screws or nails onto the beams.
Mounting Plate with Sliding Clips Installation:
- Remove the metal ring from the mounting plate according to the fixture size.
- Adjust the sliding clips to the appropriate length (13-3/4" to 25-3/16" for MPL-346 models, and 17-3/4" to 25-3/16" for MPL-81012 models) and fix them with nails on each end.
