Battery Compatibility: Equipped with a customized 18650 rechargeable battery. In emergencies, 2 x CR123A batteries or other 18650 batteries with a built-in protection board can be used (note: charging and advertised outputs are not supported with non-customized batteries).

Before First Use

Unscrew the tail cap, remove the insulating film, and screw the tail cap back on.

Battery Level Indicator

• Battery Level: ? >70%

Note: Under Moonlight mode, the indicator will not turn on if battery power is above 15%. It will light up red if battery power is below 15%.

Charging

Connect the magnetic USB end of the charging cable (MCC1A) to an external USB power source. Attach the other end to the flashlight's charging port.

How to Operate

ON/OFF

Single click the side switch to turn the light on/off. The light will return to the previously selected brightness level (Moonlight, Low, Medium, High). Turbo mode is memorized as High mode for 10 minutes before reverting to Medium. Strobe mode is not memorized.

Change Brightness Level

When the flashlight is on, press and hold the side switch to automatically cycle through Moonlight, Low, Medium, High, and back to Low. Release the switch to select the desired mode.

Moonlight Mode

When the flashlight is off, press and hold the side switch for about one second to access Moonlight mode.

Direct Access to Turbo

Quickly double-click the side switch to enter Turbo mode. Double-click again to exit Turbo mode. If the memorized mode was High, exiting Turbo switches to Medium. If the memorized mode was Medium, Low, or Moonlight, exiting Turbo returns to that mode. Turbo mode stays on for 2 minutes then steps down to High mode within a minute. Turbo mode cannot be memorized.

Strobe Mode

When the flashlight is on, triple-click the side switch to activate Strobe mode. Single-click or press and hold the switch to exit Strobe mode.

Timer

The Baton Pro features a long (9 minutes) and short (3 minutes) timer for automatic shut-off. With the flashlight on, double-click and hold the side switch at the current brightness level to access timer settings. A single blink indicates the short timer; two blinks indicate the long timer. The flashlight will automatically turn off when the timer expires. After setting the timer, double-click and hold the side switch to switch between timer settings. If the timer expires and the user re-enters timer settings, the light will revert to the last timer setting.

Lockout/Unlock

When the flashlight is off, press and hold the side switch (for about 2 seconds) to enter lockout mode. The flashlight will briefly enter Moonlight mode before switching off to signal lockout. In lockout mode, pressing the switch for less than one second will cause the red indicator below the switch to flash briefly, indicating it is still locked. To unlock, press and hold the side switch for over one second until Moonlight mode is activated again.

Safety Precautions

⚠️ DANGER

• Do NOT shine the light directly into human eyes. This may cause temporary blindness or permanent eye damage.
• Do NOT cover the light head when the flashlight is on, or place the flashlight head on the ground. The flashlight's radiation energy may cause damage to the flashlight itself or result in burning flammable objects.
• Do not separate the battery from the flashlight. The included rechargeable battery has extremely strong discharge power. Short-circuiting the battery with an external conductor may lead to overheating, combustion, or unexpected disasters.
• The battery can only be charged while installed in the flashlight. Use the provided charger or a compatible Olight charger.

❗ WARNING

• Keep out of reach of children.
• When the flashlight is operating in Turbo mode, the surface temperature can reach 50°C. Please switch off the flashlight temporarily or turn it to a lower mode.
• If the light is to be stored or transported for a long time, unscrew the body for half a circle to cut off the circuit.
• Do not use Turbo mode continuously when the environmental temperature is high, as the flashlight body may become too hot to hold.
• Ensure the battery is inserted with the negative (-) end pointing towards the head of the flashlight (LED side).
• Store the battery with care. If the battery needs to be changed, take good care of the removed battery and do not mix it with conductive metals.

? NOTICE

• When the flashlight is turned off, the current mode will be memorized (Moonlight, Low, Medium, High). High mode is memorized for 10 minutes before reverting to Medium. If turned off in Turbo mode, High mode is memorized instead and reverts to Medium after 10 minutes. Turbo mode cannot be memorized.
• Turbo mode will stay on for 2 minutes and then step down to High mode within a minute.
• Moonlight and Turbo modes are not normal brightness levels. Under Moonlight or Turbo mode, press and hold the switch to enter the normal brightness level cycle (Low, Medium, High).

Warranty

• Within 30 days of purchase: Contact the original seller for repair or replacement.
• Within 5 years of purchase: Contact Olight for repair or replacement.
• Battery Warranty: Olight offers a one-year warranty for all rechargeable batteries.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, modifications, misuse, disintegration, negligence, accidents, improper maintenance, or repair by anyone other than an authorized retailer or Olight itself.
