Installation Instructions

AMD Socket Installation

Follow these steps to install the pump unit on an AMD socket motherboard.

  1. 1. Remove the stock mounting brackets from the motherboard.
  2. 2. Use the 4x plastic stand-offs.
  3. 3. Combine the metal stand-off parts with the plastic parts (4 sets).
  4. 4. Mount the 4x AM4 stand-offs to the motherboard.
  5. 5. Push the AMD bracket onto the pump unit.
  6. 6. Before mounting the CPU block, peel off the protective film from the underside of the cooler.
  7. 7. Apply thermal paste to the CPU surface. The tube contains enough for approximately 1 or 2 applications.
  8. 8. Mount the pump unit to the stand-offs on the motherboard using the 4x thumb nuts.
Screw Sequence Suggestion: Please follow the numbered sequence (11️⃣→22️⃣→33️⃣→44️⃣) to lock the bracket and ensure the thumb screws are well installed.
Note: First, insert and lightly fasten all screws. Once all screws are in place, gradually and evenly tighten them in stages to ensure uniform pressure on the components and to avoid deformation.

Intel Socket Installation

Follow these steps to install the pump unit on an Intel socket motherboard.

  1. 1. Prepare the Intel Backplate for the correct socket:
    • A: For LGA 1700/1851 sockets
    • B: For LGA 1150/1151/1155/1200 sockets
  2. 2. Use the 4x plastic stand-offs.
  3. 3. Combine the metal stand-off parts with the plastic parts (4 sets).
  4. 4. Mount the 4x Intel stand-offs to the motherboard.
  5. 5. Push the Intel bracket onto the pump unit.

Mount the Radiator and Fans

Please install the fans to the radiator before mounting it into the chassis.

Connect Pump / Fan / ARGB

Properly connect the pump, fans, and ARGB lighting for optimal performance and control.

Pump and Fan Connections

  1. 1. Connect the pump PWM cable to the pump unit.
  2. 2. Connect the fan and pump cables to the motherboard:
    • For motherboards with a single CPU header: Connect the 4-pin header (from the fan or splitter cable) to CPU fans and the 3-pin header to the pump.
    • If your motherboard has 2x CPU headers or dedicated Pump headers, you can connect the pump and fans individually for more precise control (without using the PWM splitter cable).

Fan Cable Daisy-Chaining and PWM Connection

  1. 1. Connect the fans together using their daisy-chain cables.
  2. 2. Connect the PWM header of the fan (or the 4-pin header from the PWM splitter cable if using a single CPU header motherboard) to the CPU header on the motherboard.

ARGB Cable Daisy-Chaining and Connection

  1. 1. Connect the ARGB components together using their daisy-chain cables.
  2. 2. Connect the ARGB daisy-chain cable to the ARGB header on your motherboard or a compatible ARGB controller.
This connection allows for synchronized ARGB lighting effects. You can connect other brands' ARGB products to the same header if compatible.
