Thank you for your purchase. Your new product is warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated, from the date of purchase, provided it is used in accordance with recommendations or instructions. This warranty is in addition to your Australian Consumer Law rights and statutory rights under New Zealand legislation for New Zealand customers.
Anko will provide a refund, repair (where possible), or exchange (availability dependent) for this product if it becomes defective within the warranty period. The business will bear the reasonable expense of claiming the warranty. This warranty will no longer apply where the defect is a result of alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. For any difficulties with your product, contact the Customer Service Centre listed below for the entity you purchased this product from. Warranty claims and claims for expense incurred in returning this product can be addressed to the respective Customer Service Centre.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

How to Use This Speaker
Function Operation:
- Pause/Play: Click the Power/Multifunction Button.
- Next Song: Press and hold the Volume Up (+) button.
- Previous Song: Press and hold the Volume Down (-) button.
- Volume Up: Click the Volume Up (+) button. You will hear a tone notification when the volume reaches maximum.
- Volume Down: Click the Volume Down (-) button.
Power ON/OFF:
- Power ON: Press and hold the Power/Multifunction Button for 2 seconds. You will hear a voice indication tone.
- Power OFF: Press and hold the Power/Multifunction Button for 2 seconds. You will hear a voice indication tone.

Pairing the Speaker with Bluetooth Devices
- Once powered on, the speaker enters pairing mode (LED flashes) and attempts to connect to the last paired device.
- Pair the speaker via your mobile phone's Bluetooth menu. Upon successful pairing, you will hear a tone, and the LED will flash periodically.
- Bluetooth Name: 'anko43351329' or 'anko43351312'.
Phone Calls:
- To answer or end a call: Click the Power/Multifunction Button.
- To reject a call: Press and hold the Power/Multifunction Button for 1 second.
Playing Music:
Once connected via Bluetooth, enjoy music wirelessly through the speaker.
Battery Charging
This speaker is powered by a rechargeable Li-ion battery. Use the included USB cable to recharge the battery.
- Insert the USB charging cable into a suitable USB port.
- Connect the other end of the cable to the speaker's USB port.
- The LED indicator turns RED while charging.
- The LED indicator turns off when the battery is fully charged.
- A full charge takes approximately 3 hours.
True Wireless Mode (TWS) (Bluetooth Mode Only)
Entering TWS Mode:
With both speakers in Bluetooth mode, press the Power/Multifunction Button on either speaker to establish a true wireless connection. You will hear a pairing tone once connected. Connect to the speaker's Bluetooth name on your mobile device.
If one speaker is already connected to a Bluetooth device, press the Power/Multifunction Button on the second speaker (also in Bluetooth mode) to connect them in TWS mode.
After the initial successful pairing, the two speakers will automatically connect when both are powered on.
Disabling TWS Mode:
Click the Power/Multifunction Button three times on either speaker to disable TWS mode.
