Advantages of DTFilm Printing

Direct-to-Film (DTFilm) printing transfers designs onto a special film, which is then applied to various materials. Unlike Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing, DTFilm offers greater versatility, allowing designs to be transferred onto materials such as polyester, nylon, cotton, blends, denim, fleece, canvas, and even unconventional items like wood and cork. This makes DTFilm ideal for printing on products with uneven surfaces or non-fabric goods.

Stable Operation with Easy Maintenance

Advanced Ink Circulation: The white ink circulation system ensures stable and uninterrupted printing by preventing clogging and removing coagulated material from the ink flow path. Spacer materials support print stability by helping ink recover from sedimentation.
Self-Cleaning Fabric Wiper: The SC-G6030 uses a replaceable fabric wiper to keep printhead nozzles clean with minimal maintenance.
Auto Suction Cap Cleaning: This feature maintains print head performance by automatically cleaning nozzles and the suction cap. Users can select from three cleaning levels, useful for white ink which requires more frequent cleaning.
