Safety Information
WARNING! RISK OF ELECTROCUTION! Ensure the mains cable is protected from moisture and damage. Connect the appliance only to a properly installed and accessible mains socket. Always unplug the appliance after use by pulling the plug, not the cable.
WARNING! RISK OF INJURY! Surfaces can become very hot after use. Do not touch hot surfaces. This appliance can be used by children aged 8 and above and persons with reduced capabilities, provided they are supervised or have received instruction on safe usage. Keep children away from the appliance and power cable. Never heat sealed containers or empty containers. Do not place metallic objects on the induction fields.
WARNING! RISK OF FIRE! Never leave the appliance unattended while in use. Do not place flammable objects near the appliance. Be cautious when heating oil; never use water to extinguish burning oil.
Electromagnetic Fields: Maintain a minimum distance of 1 meter from appliances sensitive to electromagnetic fields. Consult medical device manufacturers if you have concerns regarding medical devices like pacemakers.
Setup and Electrical Connection
Ensure unrestricted ventilation around the appliance, with at least 10 cm clearance on all sides and 60 cm above. Do not place the appliance on textile or uneven surfaces. Connect the appliance to a mains socket that matches the specifications on the rating plate. The socket should be protected by a 16 A circuit breaker. Do not use extension cables and ensure the power cable is not trapped.
Function and Usage
The induction hob heats the cookware directly through an energy field. Only use cookware suitable for induction, typically made of steel or cast iron with a flat base. Unsuitable cookware may display "E0". Ensure the pot diameter is between 10 cm and 22 cm for optimal performance. For energy-efficient cooking, use pans with a wide diameter and place a lid on the pan.
